“We had a window that had a broken seal that needed to be repaired. I contacted the original company, which installed the window. A person from the company came put and said that he had recently taken over the company from a deceased relative. He said a new window would be ordered and would take approximately 1 to 2 weeks to come in. After 1.5 weeks, I called to follow up on the replacement, and he told me he hadn't ordered it yet. I told him to never mind and that I would go with someone else.I called the Glass Doctor of Syracuse, and not only was Lauren very polite when she answered my call, she was able to send someone out right away. The window took about 1.5 weeks to get replaced. Shon and Ryan were very polite and installed the new window quickly. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again if needed in the future.”

“Wonderful experience with B&R Glass. My boyfriend and I have a coffee table that has a piece of glass in it. It was shattered after a dish was dropped onto it and needed replacing. B&R was super helpful. They gave us an estimate over the phone based on the dimensions we provided and they told us the hours we could stop by to place the order. We ended up paying less than they quoted us and the piece of glass was ready in just TWO days. It fits perfectly in our table and is flawless. I love that they even rounded the corners slightly so they’re not dangerously sharp. Nothing beats supporting family run businesses. The online big name we looked at quoted us three times is much and told us it would be almost two months until we could get the piece. I highly recommend B&R - friendly, fast, and affordable services. (Please note they only accept cash and all orders must be placed in person at their location)”
