“As a rite of passage in central New York, I hit a deer, or I should say a deer hit me. My insurance told me to take the car to Gerber. I had never heard of Gerber, so I didn't know what to expect. From the moment I dropped my vehicle off, the staff was so kind to me. They provided updates throughout the entire process, and they finished the repairs well before promised. When I saw my car, it looked brand new! and they even cleaned the inside! When my car was returned to me, I noticed a few issues and when I reached out, they told me they would take care of it right away. Thank you for your excellent customer service! The only complaint I have and it is minor, is that loaner vehicles should be available like some of your competitors...but it's no biggie, we made it work!”

“My visit was amazing, 10/10 recommend ! My car had little scratches and paint marks from another car. The suave brothers took some liquid and simply wiped of the paint and scratches they also fixed carbon fiber tapping around my windows that the previous owner of the car messed up. They did all of this free of charge which I was extremely grateful for. They also support US troops which is always great! We have been leasing from them for over 20 years and will not go anywhere else . We hope we can get a new Escape when our lease is up in Feb . With the shortages on cars I'm hoping inventory returns soon so we can pick out our next car . You have to experience this dealership for your next car”
“About an hour and a half for an older car. Great tech and very informative. Looks good.
Be aware, the entrance is a shared entrance with multiple companies. Including buses. So be cautious on entering, also pothole near entrance/exit is fairly deep.”

Greg and his team did a fantastic job finding and removing, buffing, and/or filling in all of the scratches, and carefully touching up the entire exterior of the car.
