I can’t say enough great things about Stem Automotive! The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful, no matter how bad the weather is when they’re out there pumping my fuel. It’s so refreshing to be treated with such kindness every time I stop by. What really makes me feel even better about purchasing here is knowing that a portion of every gallon sold goes to support local scout troops. It’s a business that truly cares about its customers and the community. Highly recommend!

Owner comments on FB to call for service but doesn’t call back potential customers who need his help.
Update: When I called I spoke with a female and thoroughly explained the scope of work and was told I would receive a call back that day or the next.

I'm back again & never disappointed! This place, these people are awesome. Appointment made, evaluation & estimate provided timely. Work completed well before expected, and I'm on my way.
Bonus - they explained and gave me a choice on 1 of my car issues. They could fix it / replace it & the cost, or another provider they know of that could repair, probably for less $$. What car people do that?? Stem does!
And did I mention how nice they are??

Honesty and customer service are alive. I get all the five start reviews now.
I'm always hesitant to give details about a company bending over backwards just so a precedent isn't set but clearly everyone's getting this same five-star treatment. Hence the reviews.
They made a mistake on their original quote. After digging-in they realized they needed less parts than they quoted. The final bill was far less than proposed. Wouldn't other garages just have gone through with the repairs as quoted? I'd be none the wiser.
Mechanical systems embody chaos and fail in often unpredictable ways. To see STEM take a hit when that's happened in the past is a surprising sight nowadays.
At least there's one vendor that still has my best interest at heart. They're in the Hollow of Clarence.

Quite a nice shop out here in Clarence! Went for an oil change and was in and out in ~45 minutes (had asked them to take a look at something else and they were nice enough to oblige) highly recommend!

STEM is the best. I just moved here and my dad owns a body shop back home, so I was trying to find someone who gives personal but professional service. I’ve been to STEM twice now and they are just that. Jake is very attentive and updates every chance he gets. They will have my business from here on out!
