I just visited the Clarence branch to open a small business account. I wasn't sure how long it would take. Normally I would not have brought my 2 year old with me, but I had to today. Andrea was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! Again, I apologize my 2 year old was trying to rearrange your office!

This is one of the weirder bank layouts.. It feels like a drive thru. You pull into one side of the bank, drive around the back, dodging randomly parked cars, only to part on the other side while waiting for people to park. Then the ATM is located outside the building. I usually only do deposits on my lunch break at this bank as its near by, but I spend a lot of time, looking over my shoulder and it sucks when you get there first and you have 2-3 people waiting behind you. Not really the best layout.

The key to this place is that if you withdraw all of your money, they have to change their name from M & T Bank to MT Bank. I don't like banks, so 3/5 is the highest I am ever going to rate a bank. I wouldn't say that M & T has been perfect, and there have been lots of times I've needed something and they haven't helped me out... and I despise the charges that they put on my account randomly when I use their ATM, without telling me I am being charged (for things like printing a statement), but other than that, I am very happy with them, because I've been using them for ages with very little problem... my card has never been canceled... or suspended... I've never had problems withdrawing money... I've always been given whatever cash I needed when I went in there... So all in all I would say that I am fairly satisfied with them, even though they chose the Baltimore Ravens stadium to sponsor (the Bills could have used that money!). Just remember not to withdraw all your money otherwise M & T Bank becomes an MT Bank! Edit: the servers are super friendly and managers are helpful, so I'll raise it to a 4, but I'm still very disgruntled about the fact that they charge me for printing receipts. But it's not this location's fault. It's a company policy. The manager who just replaced my credit card was particularly friendly. And even recognized me from Yelp!
