Comments about my post show lack of knowledge of an absolute auction. Basically, an absolute auction is either by consignment or actual sale of items to the owner of the actual business, not the auctioneer, who usually is an employee or even a partial owner I like auctions because it should be competitive and offering items useful for a specific purpose. Legally an auction business is a second-hand dealer selling items based upon the highest bidder. It may be a fun event, and even a place to meet individuals of similar interest. Best to actually know what you are bidding on, and during the auction listen closely to the representations made by the auctioneer.

Lots of antiques and yet I never saw Kelly herself to say she has a nice place. Very clean and good prices.

The Sunday Flea Market used to be a lovely Sunday in the sunshine. Now it's not. It's all dark, musty storage units that you zig and zag from one to another like a rat. It used to be tables in the open air and a very pleasant day. Now it's not.

Best place around to have auction off your items. Ben did a great job! Also the perfect place to sell off things you don`t need anymore and you can rent a unit and keep it all there. Roll up the door on Sunday and make a few bucks. God bless America!

Clean, inviting, well organized booths. Not too many deals to be found but they have small items all the way up to outdoor statues and mammoth wooden furniture. Odd request to not wear sunglasses when shopping due to theft issues and we'll who needs to wear sunglasses inside anyhoo.

This auction is always tremendous fun! What makes an auction is two bidders, both bent on owning a thing, and each one can afford the object being bid on. Of course, if you intend to participate, you have to do your homework. You have to look the pieces over in advance. Sometimes it requires a bit of research. Kelly always announces that he is not responsible for the final price in any way. Your bid is up to you. His offerings range from misused, little wanted antiques, to very rare, desirable pieces. The rest is up to you. You cannot blame him if you buy something that you later decide you really don't love. Take care, and have fun! I always do!!
