“I love Niagara Produce. The deli is the cheapest anywhere. The fruits and vegetables are not only reasonably priced but are excellent quality and last longer then any other store. The staff is nice.”

“The store was clean and well organized. I do not shop here but needed raspberries and bananas. The berries looked good and reasonably priced, the bananas were not. Everything here is off or no name brand so you're not paying for the name. I don't care for the impersonal atmosphere of the store. The cashier was nice. People trashing the under paid, overworked employees have never worked with the public entitlement of customers and the bosses/little caesars that populate places like this. Try compassion.”

“Beyond impressed with the customer service and compassion that Zander and the team at Dash's on Main Street showed my school community in our time of need when the power went out. I called Dash's a little after 10:30am asking for 5 sheet pizzas to be delivered to us at school by 11:30am so all of our faculty and staff would have a hot lunch. With the very little lead time and the inclement weather happening outside with the wind storm, I figured it was a long shot. Yet, without hesitation, Zander asked, "cheese or pepperoni?" “I am so glad I checked out this location after watching the abysmal crash and burn of the Union/Genesee location. At first I assumed it was just the company going downhill but it seems like it is just that location.I hadn't been to this Save A Lot in years and it seems to have had a facelift since that last visit. Aisles are a bit more manageable and as for selection the stores carries your basics as well as some alternatives and limited specialty items. Like anywhere you have to know your prices though overall they tend to be less than or equal to other stores.”
“Depending on who is working their food is hit or miss. When it is made properly their food is really good. The gas station part really needs updating to the building. Other than that it's convenient to where I live.”

“If you have never been to Bee Nails in Amherst, than you haven't experienced one of the best nail salons in existence. Bebe, Aimee, Vicky, Tom and Loc are the nail techs. They are extremely professional and all family. I have been a client for 3 years and will not go anywhere else. I have been getting my nails done for 30 years. Bebe is my nail artist. Both her and Aimee do hand painted designs that are so incredible! The way they paint such tiny and near perfect designs is unmatched! I haven't needed to have nail tips in over two years since BeBe is super careful and gentle and makes sure she repairs the acrylic to ensure no air bubbles are present, never hurting me nor damaging my skin or cuticles. I always get compliments on my nails and go back every three weeks. They work to accommodate walk-ins even though they are usually booked full from appointments from regulars. All of the staff treats you like family and are extremely kind. Their services use the very best products and have reasonable pricing. You will not be disappointed if you visit them for an appointment.”
“I want to complement your employee named Gretchen. I was shopping there this evening and got home and realized I forgot an item. I left it in the cart. I called and Gretchen went out to where I left my car near the handicap parking and found my item and brought it into the store Where I was able to come and pick it up. I want to commend her for her efforts. This was at the top market at North French and Transit Rd. in East Amhurst.”

“Was in the store today around 530-6 pm. I accidentally left my wallet under the flap in one of the carts. it has my social security cards as well as my children's. It had all of my money for christmas For my kids. my medical cards for myself and my children, as well as around $40-$60 in cash and my bank card and other cards. I asked to review tapes to see if someone maybe took the cash and threw the wallet onto a shelf or something at least and I feel as though I got a bit of an attitude when I asked. the guy said it's on a 24 hour loop so theycouldnt until tomorrow so I asked to come in tomorrow to see and he then said the manager has to do it and that cant happen til Monday ( which is absolutely fine!) but it just felt like I was a bother to even ask. It didn't seem as though anyone really wanted to help much Except for 1 lady in the store That was shopping. I go here all the time! I am a regular, i absolutely love the workers but today I felt like I got attitude just for asking.”
“I stick to the chicken and ice cream products myself personal and they are very good. The driver Kevin is great he is always communicating clearly about arrival times and about what's in stock and what's on back order. He arrives friendly and happy everytime. He is unbelievably knowledgeable about the products and processes. Made it easy to use different cards to pay. Kevin is an all-star and I would hire him for any customer service business.”

“Kudos to the whole team at the location on Walden Ave in Depew. It was the cleanest and most organized Dollar General I have ever been in. I have avoided this chain for years, as well as one other like it, because of bad experiences like disorganization and lack of customer attention. But this store in particular was immaculate and the staff was friendly and hard working, and it showed! They didn’t mope around acting like they hated their job, wishing they were someplace else. Thank you for caring about your customers and place of employment. Well done! You truly are appreciated!”

“Their bakery is great for ordering sheet cakes. Do it all online or go into the store and someone in the catering section will walk you through the process. We ordered the largest size with marble cake, half with vanilla pudding filling, half with chocolate pudding filling, and a whipped cream frosting. So delicious, and I'm not even a cake lover. We enjoyed the light, less sweet flavor of the frosting and the cake itself was very moist. Just remember to keep the cake refrigerated because the whipped cream will melt. Also, the cake decorators can't steer too far away from the standard writing and frosting roses, but they were so kind to help us find something that was simple and fit our needs. They ended up writing the names in a rainbow format. So sweet and the girls loved it. We will continue to use Wegmans for sheet cakes because of the great taste and decent price.”
“The staff at this location is both friendly and helpful. They are not intrusive and follow you around just because you look different. But if you need help it is easy to find someone.
Nice thing about this place instead of saying oh it should be on isle 10; they say oh it's on isle 10 follow me and I will take you to it.
I'd recommend this location primarily because of the people they have hired. They are all good people. And you feel good that you shopped at this location”
“Glad to see a store that has enough items that don't cost too much, and save a trip to Alden or East Aurora to get.Store is immaculate, and free of carts for the number of times I've been in there. In addition, the staff are friendly and have been willing to help customers instead of hiding from them.A national and regional chain store was kind of expected to happen eventually, and I'm glad to see that Dollar General came in and has provided a quality experience for its customers.”

“I drove out of my way to work there when they needed cashier help. The staff was very nice and the manager was glad I was there to help out. Although I've never been at that store before, I did my best to help customers find items and I met a lot of nice customers there who appreciated me. If they ever needed cashier help again, I would definitely drive out there again. It was a 45-minute drive, but the kind staff makes it worth it. I also love the toy pigs they have on the registers for customers to squeeze when we have to do restocking in between cashiering!”
