Bought a hot tub. I asked if they offered a military discount. Manager said $25.00. What a slap in the face to all veteran's. On top of the fact that mark up on hot tubs is 30 to 50 percent. Then my wife wanted them to throw in a pair of swimming googles. Manager again said best they could do was 1/2 off. Hot tub was delivered today, delivery personnel were very polite, however , if we had not of asked questions we would have not known how to fill the hot tub. There were metal shavings left on the cover. This company should have a delivery checklist with things the delivery personnel should go over before they leave.The sad part is I ordered a new grill from charbroil and as a vetern I was given a 150.00 saving. Also I tried the SmartTub app and I get an email saying my tub does not have the feature installed to call the dealer. I ordered this hot tub from a display salesman who said it came with the app. Mine doesn’t.

We bought a 24ft Vogue above ground pool from the Gary's in Clarence back in 2001. After 19 years, the pool is as sturdy as ever & with the original liner. I just had to write in saying that this was one of the best buys we have ever made. We've enjoyed many summers in this pool & created alot of very happy memories. Thank you Gary's!
