LocalStorage in Clarence, NY has been amazing to work and store my RV with over the summer. Customer service is exceptional and the storage area is very clean and well maintained. In the area for the summers and will definitely be storing my RV next year here. Thank you for everything and will see you next summer!!!

Beware. I reserved a storage unit and it was not made available on the agreed day. I arrived during published business hours and nobody was there. They left me hanging with a moving van and all my household goods. Then they refused to refund my deposit. Abysmal business practice.When I arrived the day after to speak to the office, the guy had even scraped the customer service phone# off of his window.Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Storage World instead. They're doing such good business they are expanding. Best of all, their friendly office staff is IN the office when they say they will be.Edit: Business's reply is laughably false as well be demonstrated elsewhere; not in a flame war over Google. As your very snide rep told me, "Have a nice day."

We parked our travel trailer there for the winter. There were spots available in October...the spots were large with plenty of driveway room to maneuver. We would recommend to anyone who needs RV/travel trailer storage to check this out. The price was excellent too.

Clarence Storage is a modern, clean and we'll kept storage facility. They have indoor climate controlled units as well as the standard garage door type units. Over the last couple of years they have expanded their rv storage considerably. I have been using them for nearly 4 years and highly recommend them.

I rented two climate-controlled units from Clarence Secure Storage for over a year. The owner and staff are Incredibly helpful and accommodating. The storage facility is kept impeccably clean, and the rates are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I made my initial reservation online & then met with the manager a few days before to handle the paperwork & locate the unit I was renting. I planned to use if for 1-2 weeks while waiting for renovations to be completed to a Florida room ~ because of weather delays I needed the unit longer ~ Rick/Manager was great to work with ~ the facilities are very clean and easy to unload & load items into. The security system makes it possible to gain entry at your convenience. The price was as advertised with no hidden fees. Everything I stored was in perfect condition when we were able to move it out.

This is the cleanest, most well-maintained storage facility I have ever seen. The staff actually sweep each empty unit and lubricate the door springs before renting it again.

Well protected, gated with a password. You use your own lock. They have heard storage as well. Not too expensive either. Monthly rates.
