The AC went out in my Audi A6 and after claiming they had it fixed and charging me, the AC was still blowing hot air. I left them the car and told them to take as long as they needed to fix it and get the job done right. Two months later and not one phone call from them, my AC is still out as we head into summer. Whenever I called for an update I was told that they were trying to fix it and were losing money. They made me feel as if they were doing me a favor. I wish they would have told me the truth that they could not fix the air instead of stringing me along for 8 weeks. The minute Chuck said he was “losing money” I should have known my car care was just a nuisance to him and taken the car back. 0/10 would not recommend.Service: Air conditioning

Quick repairs at reasonable rates. Chuck backs up his work as well. He'll answer any questions and not try to up sell you if you don't need it. I'll be going back to him with all of my auto repair needs.

I’ve spent probably 2,500 dollars with this guy. At first he was great and provided amazing customer service but as years went on this mechanic shop has just fallen straight off. Take it in for one thing that can’t be fixed and something else is wrong with your car when it leaves. Disappointment. Good luck anyone else who goes here.Services: Tires

First of all someone recommended this business,so I just drove by and they took me in for my yearly inspection, he was so pleasant and professional, I was in and out under thirty minutes.
