Pretty good cleaner, but they misplaced one of my shirts a couple of weeks ago and it took them several days to track it down. The woman was very apologetic when she called to explain what happened, which I greatly appreciated. I was very surprised when I had pay full price for the misplaced shirt and had to drive to get it, when they deliver. They didn’t even offer to deliver the shirt to me. I wasn’t very impressed with how they handled this.Service: Organic dry cleaning

Exceptional service and extra care given to my clothes! My clothes came back spots out, zipper fixed and antique 1st Communion dress looking like new. Customer service was exceptional when a button went missing the manager searched to find the perfect replacement. I highly recommend them, they teally do care!Services: Delivery

Really terrific experience with this dry cleaner. Fixed a zipper, removed some spots and found a button to match my antique 1st Communion dress. I feel the manager really went put of her way to make my day!Definitely recommend them!

Absolutely pathetic! Piss poor performance and customer service. Your better off washing your clothes in mud! I returned 4 times on a simple stain that Was still there. 2 minutes if my own time and it came right out! If your looking for your stuff to be cleaned look elsewhere! Absolute joke!

Dry cleaned a suit and dress shirt. Shirt was returned with deep wrinkles near both of the shoulders and on the upper back (none of which are coming out after multiple attempts); significant fraying in places where there was previously none; a large, black smudge on the inner left collar; and the button holes being folded outward, making them both inaccessible and visually appalling. The suit coat was returned with the left lapel folded and pressed in a way that caused the lapel to shift upwards about an inch from where it was previously.

I have been using them for years, generally good work and fair price. Recently it seemed their prices increased alot, no notice, ok, I can blame this in Covid. Recently took sheers to have shortened, was told it would be 2 weeks, check back. I called, was told they were done, waited 3 more days before I had a chance to pick them up, when I got there I was told they weren't done and they pretty much told me there was no way I had called. Went back in in 2 more weeks, they were finally done, I was shocked when I was told the price. 6 brand new sheers, still in their package, $150, that's $25 per sheer. They didn't have to be cleaned , just hemmed, they weren't lined curtains, they were sheers. My bad for not asking for a price prior to having the work done. I will definitely not take anymore alterations to them.Service: Alterations

I have a love hate relationship with this place. A few years ago they lost all my stuff for a few days. They have been pretty good for the past year or so. Make sure you take advantage of the weekend shirt special. It's a 7 day turn around but a solid deal.

Environmentally unfriendly, does not recycle hangers. Also repeatedly broke buttons, which I discovered was not normal when I switched drycleaners.

I will never, ever take anything here again and will make sure my friends and colleagues never do either. I dropped off my wedding dress in early December to be cleaned and was told it would be about 6 weeks. They never called to tell me it was ready for pick up, then when I picked it up they had thrown out the nice purple fabric garment bag I brought it in, and gave me plastic... when I asked about the bag the managers response was "oh I don't remember this was dropped off in Dec...." Then I noticed the belt was ripped off in a couple places, which I know were not there before. There was no dancing at my wedding, I was a pandemic bride. Again, the manager didn't care and suggested I could pay them to have it fixed. I told her no, I'd take my business elsewhere. They didn't care how important of a garment they were working with, and it shows.

As a couple who wears scrubs and a uniform to work we never really took good care of our clothes. Then we got a super nice comforter that the dogs also liked. We dropped it off and the staff was amazing and even gave us a deal for being a first time customer! Then it came winter time and all of my sweaters smelled and I signed up for free pick up and delivery! No Remembering to drop off or pick up THATS THE WORST PART OF DRY CLEANING (at least for me). I also enrolled into automatic pay at the end of the month. They just email me my invoice and it's withdrawn from my account. Some months it's $0 and there's still no charge. My husband and I did have a mix up between ourselves about picking it up vs having our beloved comforter get dropped off. I called them a few weeks later asking about it and I got the best customer service I've gotten in VERY long time. They re cleaned my blanket and dropped it off! I would highly recommend getting the pick up and drop off service!

I've been using Arthur's Executive Cleaners for my drycleaning for years. They do a great job cleaning, and offer a free delivery service, which saves me time! The manager, Jennifer, greets me by name when I do stop in and she is really conscientios. I'm very happy with their services!!
