Wow! It's really nice calling a place and having someone answer who is nice, friendly, helpful, smart & actually wants to make you feel like they are happy you are their customer. I can't remember the woman's name I spoke with, but she was awesome! Never had to deal with any propane companies before and everything I asked was swiftly answered!

Needed to refill my propane tank and was told to checkout reliable propane close to my house, they are extremely friendly and very professional, great to see a company that really looks after their customers!!!

Cannot say enough good things about Dan from Reliable Propane. Customer service is outstanding and Dan is always extremely helpful and courteous. Was at my house within an hour of me calling to help with some dryer hookups this time, but he and the company have helped out on some many other projects at my house and they are, by far, the best! They truly deserve to have “Reliable” in their name because they are the most reliable each and every time.

I went to Jans smoke shop to get a clean white tank filled, well as soon as she tried to fill it a big boom and cloud of propane surrounded her, i am sure she didn't properly tighten the filler hose to the tank because the pressure relief valve could not have opened at the initial start of the filling. So she said she had a tank recertified from reliable, well it is all rusty , shouldn't these be painted and new valve put on when recertified? Now I have to find a new one, I dont trust it. They should deliver me a new tank this thing could blow it is rusted at the seam, but I guess the forensic investigators will find the reliable sticker on it after it kills me and blows up my family.

Stoped in and talked to Dan about being setup with my first tank on a new propane install he explained things very well and was very polite not something you would get from any company when you don’t know anything about setup tank installation was set up fast and bill that installed tank was very knowledgeable and professional and was on time for appointment I see nothing but good things coming from this company I know I definitely made the right choice on what company to use

We signed up for propane services back in 2017 I believe, this company has always gone above and beyond. So much so, that today we had a delivery to refill our tank, that their driver, Keith, brought in my garbage and recycling bins from the curb. I just had surgery this past week so even though he didn't know this, it was a gesture that was appreciated more than anything. So kind and thoughtful!!

Great service! A tree fell and knocked my 500 gal tank off its foundation, potentially a serious danger. Called Reliable and Dan was at my house right away. He inspected the tank and had me set up with a temporary tank so my house was set with propane. Super friendly and helpful, all while working in the pouring rain. Thanks Dan, and Reliable, you guys have always been great for me!

Great family run business. The loaner tank offering is awesome if you ever run out in the middle of a cook. They've made me a life long customer.
