We have been using Ani-Mall for over 10 years, and unfortunately their quality has gone down. They no longer focus on patient care but force on their profit and bottom dollar. Their communication is poor and uninformative. When asked questions, they provide quick, brief responses normally a “yea”. As mentioned they no longer focus on patient care and continue to use a contact method. Removing the animal form the owner and increasing the animals stress. Even for well visits. Lastly we where told our dog needed an Echocardiogram due to a heart murmur they found. Upon scheduling we had to wait 3 month to schedule and even then needed to “hold the date”. The day morning before we called to confirm if the appointment was happening and where told that they would not know until later in the afternoon. When they finally called at 4pm to confirm we where given a “cable installation” timeframe of 12pm -3pm. The animal did not need to be sedated for the procedure and was kept in a crate until and after the procedure. Our dog HATES crate and we could hear him braking in a stressed out state from outside. Lastly after we paid, we still waited 30 mins to receive our pet, and only received him because we violently tried to open the front door which was locked.

I can’t express enough how grateful my husband and I are for Dr Cox and the entire ani-mall staff. Our 11 year old pitbull passed away a few months ago, they cared for him his whole life. We recently got a puppy who caught parvo. They have always gone above and beyond for their care. Anyone that knows us, our pets are our life. We will never ever let our pets go to anyone else. I hope everyone at the ani-mall knows how much we appreciate each and everyone of you.

They were VERY NICE &HELPFUL, Told me everything they planned on doing before they did it. Now a days with the covid stuff they seem to have it figured out, too help us owners feel comfortable.

Love all here and the bonus services of the grooming they offer as well as sedate to groom for those tough pets that aren’t thrilled with looking so fresh and so clean. As a side note, Tip your groomers !!! I was just speaking with my local groomer and you wouldn’t believe the amount of customers that don’t tip!!! When you get your haircut do you tip your stylist? When you get served dinner do you tip? Most groomers only make a percentage of the amount charged by the space they work out of and count on tips to survive!!!! Show appreciation for the love that your Groomer gives your animal family members! They truly love your pets and work hard to make them cute and clean and extra cuddly
