“I was able to call and talk to someone, explain the situation with my daughters car, and text pictures to get an estimate of required repairs. After realizing it was worth fixing and getting some parts on my own so I could move it again, I called back on a Thursday morning just before they opened to see if I could drop it off. Not only did they say yes, but they got it on the lift later that afternoon and started working on it. The new strut, wheel bearing, alignment, and 4 new tires were done by Friday evening. My wife and I are used to scheduling work with our dealer out 1-3 weeks minimum regardless of what the work involves, let alone having to order in parts.”
