They are super attentive when you want work done, but when it comes time to fix a problem, they ghost. Worst customer service ever. I had spent thousands on film for my vehicle. It wasn't applied correctly. It was peeling in multiple spots and paint had bubbles up on my hood. When I asked for it to be repaired, I was told by the manager that a claim had to be filed. Well, I waited and waited and heard nothing so I called back. He said no response yet and put in an urgent message. I asked what the claim or reference number was so I could follow up on it, and he said they don't have a claim number. What claim doesn't offer a reference number? I feel as though it wasn't even filed. Never heard anything back after numerous emails and phone calls.

Car Dropped off with no damage, Scratched and dented upon return.Had to get my car engine detailed, and dropped it off. Employee and I went around the whole car finding no scratches, dents or any issues at dropoff (outside of some dirt marks that we checked every one). Upon pickup, was found very scratched, with dents on one side in multiple spots on one side, including a 1/2 inch heavy scratch with a dent that matched.It was claimed by the company that it was not their responsibility as it was there upon work starting on the car, even with an employee attesting to the damage not being there at dropoff. They were stating it was not by them therefore they can happily be paid to buff out all the scratches.Update: I reached out to corporate before and after the review, and they were unable to make any changes to the franchisee's decision because they are an independent business. This was left unresolved, and is not isolated as I have heard from other auto businesses' they have dealt or had customers have to go through their own insurances for damages done while at the Syracuse area Ziebart properties.Service: Engine detailing

We recently brought our Ford Edge to Ziebart in to have it undercoated , rustproofed, detailed and diamond coating applied. First of all let me say that as soon as we walked in to the office Shannon greeted us with a big smile. She was very professional in the way she handled the initial experience. Then we spoke with Zack. He promised us good service and gave us the cost. He said that the car would be ready the following morning. We went back the following morning to pick the car up and in fact is was not completed at all. I would have to say that Zack dropped the ball on this job. We told them to please complete the car and we will be back the following day. Now mind you they had the car now for over two days. When we went back to pick up the car there were still spots that were not done ( the bottom interior door panels and the borders under the tailgate). When something like this happens it's makes you wonder what else they missed as they went through the whole process.The interior detailing was good. We don't expect perfection but we do expect a complete job. Zack did do something he didn't have to. He touched up Five stone Knicks. And he did wipe the spot under the tailgate. But it definitely didn't shine. Have you ever gone to a restaurant and asked for a nice piece of steak and when you received it it was not cooked the way you wanted it and you sent it back? Then when you got it back the second time there was a hair in the mashed potatoes. At that point what would you do? Get up and walk out or give them another chance to make it right ? That's the way I felt about this experience. They just didn't get it right. Sorry!! But in my opinion Two strikes and you are out. We will return to have our yearly inspection at Ziebart but never will we get the car detailed there again. I highly doubt we are the only ones who feel this way.John B.

We were very pleased with our detailing! Everything was done thoroughly and professionally. Everybody we communicated with was friendly and helpful. We have never had a car detailed before so we were apprehensive about it being worth the money, but I can truly say it is. It felt like we were at a small business rather a chain. It shows that these folks take pride in their work. We plan on detailing at least once a year now!

Brought my wife’s Jeep Wrangler in for full interior and exterior detailing. Was very disappointed with the quality of the work that was done. Many areas of the vehicle were still dirty when I got it home and gave it a thorough inspection. For the $300.00 price that we paid, it should have looked like it just came from the new car showroom, and not the Corner gas stations used car line.Services: Full body wash

Ziebart ceramic coated my truck when I bought in and after an accident. I cannot praise them enough! All the employees are so polite and helpful, especially Zach Camarda. He went above and beyond and so accommodating which was awesome since we live 1:45 minutes away from Ziebart . I would recommend this Ziebart team to everyone!!!!!!!

Had an appointment for 9:30 am for undercoating. Was told it would be done between 3-4pm.I live 40 minutes away so I killed time in the area and came back at 3. Went in and was told it would be another hour. Seemed reasonable until I realized they had not even touched my truck yet! I was also told at drop off I would need to wait until the truck was completely dry before I could drive it home, so it obviously wasn’t going to be ready in another hour. Left with no service done as they couldn’t give an honest answer. I would give this zero stars if it were an option

When you deal with sales, they always want to up sell a product, but when you ask questions in reference of their up selling, it's always the down talk of, "we can take care of it"...yet when you agree to have the work done and paid at a Kings ransom, the quality of the work is literally hideous! This business does not acknowledge people who take pride of their own personal vehicles. Even if you have a ten year old Hyundai Elantra, the fact is observe the work order and abide to the customers needs. When I have my annual "check in" for my car, I get edgy and overly annoyed with the people there-always pushing something to make a sale off of you. And I'm careful not to sound condescending since these sales people do not have any clue of anything that is any related to the automotive industry by all means. So when I agree and paid to have something done, and see the results that are not even detailed to any expectations, and then I would have to point out the "missed" spots that should've been cleaned in the first place, especially wheel rims and areas on the car that would need to be cleaned to keep debris out so it will not rot out the metal. And you will still need to clean up the mess after the fact-why? Because the managers and the business owners do not look at the quality of the work, only the numbers that appear for the bonuses.

The staff here was very helpful and made my first experience getting an undercoating very easy and they did a great job in a timely manner! Made it known that they would make sure my truck was done before I got out of work! Definitely glad I came here and you should too

Got my yearly Undercoat last week and it looks like they sprayed most of it but its flaking off already and the rust has already peaked through. Not happy

Cicero location treated me fantastic ! Brought my vehicle in for rust proofing yearly touch up , they also took in my other vehicle that was done 7 years ago from another location and touched that one up also ! Great people ! I will return with all my new vehicles !
