Not much to say, really. They just relocated. They rust proof cars and trucks. Have to Ziebart your vehicle annually and they ALWAYS try to oversell you useless products. My brother tells them "NO", before they even try to oversell him the otherwise useless after care products and services. But he faithfully goes there annually to get his undercoating done. Located in Cicero, the staff is pushy, but they're doing their job. I get it. Still, undercoat your automobile here.

I recently took my car in for an undercoating. I dropped it off the night before at closing time and had it back around 1pm the following day. Everything looks great and sealed well. I hope this preserves my vehicle well over the winter.

Morale of the story, prior to getting rust proofing on your vehicle from the dealership, verify where they have it done so you can read the reviews for the shop prior to purchasing. Brought my vehicle in for its yearly rustproofing maintenance, dropped it off at 8am ( which ended up being 8:30am because they can't stagger appointments and it took 30 minutes before someone saw me) and was told the shop closed at 5pm and it would be ready then. Called for an update on the status and clerk wouldn't provide any, simply stated "no cars have been returned yet". Arrived at 4:30pm anticipating it would be completed by "closing time", 5pm. Waited until 6:30pm and finally received my completed vehicle. When I inquired about the wait the clerk stated the staff are instructed to tell everyone to pick the vehicles up by 5pm closing time no matter what the actual wait may be. Stated there were dealership vehicles dropped off that they did not account for. Those vehicles have priority even though they have no appointment. Even if people are waiting for the vehicle. If I want my rust proofing warranty, I need to bring it to the same shop yearly. Waste of time and money. If my vehicle won't be ready until 6:30pm, tell me. Don't have me wait for the vehicle that you know will not be ready in a timely manner. Customer service is terrible. Would not recommend. Also beware, if you use a credit card, they charge you 3% but don't inform you of this until you question why the amount was higher than you signed for.

Worst customer service ever! Beware customers, the staff at the Hiawatha Street, Syracuse location are very arrogant! Ziebart should be concerned about losing customers. We will never deal with this location again! They should treat their customers better, since the customers keep you in business. A very upset customer! We dropped our vehicle off before opening, cause of our work schedule. I called to confirm work was being done was told I was all set & then I go pick up the vehicle at the end of the day & NOTHING was done. No work was done at all! What a waste of our time! Never again! Management should be ashamed!

Completely ruined the paint job on my brand new car. Sprayed black undercoating all over the white paint. These people need to be stopped.

I bought a service from their company when I purchased my vehicle. It has been 6 months and I still can’t get an appointment due to the fact that I “need to talk” to some one that won’t answer the phone or call me back.

We had Ziebart do a detail on our Toyota Highlander using a promotion at the store where we would receive a $100.00 rebate. The detail was terrible. There was no care whatsoever with regards to the contents that were in the car after reassuring us they would take the contents out so we didn't have to worry about them. When we picked up the vehicle all of the items from the front were thrown/stuffed into the center console. Our things were everywhere and to make matters worse the car was still dirty. Windows not washed, streaks of dirt not cleaned on the floor area where feet would rub and they didn't even lift up the windshield wiper on the back to clean the window. We had to take it back for them to redo but it shouldn't have even come to that and now I find out the $100.00 rebate we were supposed to get has expired and we can't get it despite assurances from the salesman that we’d get the gift card the same time we got the credit card. We paid over $1,000.00 for the work we had done. Place should be called a cleaning shop because we sure got taken to the cleaners. Learn from our experience, stay far away from the place! They promise the world and can't deliver.

They are super attentive when you want work done, but when it comes time to fix a problem, they ghost. Worst customer service ever. I had spent thousands on film for my vehicle. It wasn't applied correctly. It was peeling in multiple spots and paint had bubbles up on my hood. When I asked for it to be repaired, I was told by the manager that a claim had to be filed. Well, I waited and waited and heard nothing so I called back. He said no response yet and put in an urgent message. I asked what the claim or reference number was so I could follow up on it, and he said they don't have a claim number. What claim doesn't offer a reference number? I feel as though it wasn't even filed. Never heard anything back after numerous emails and phone calls.

Car Dropped off with no damage, Scratched and dented upon return.Had to get my car engine detailed, and dropped it off. Employee and I went around the whole car finding no scratches, dents or any issues at dropoff (outside of some dirt marks that we checked every one). Upon pickup, was found very scratched, with dents on one side in multiple spots on one side, including a 1/2 inch heavy scratch with a dent that matched.It was claimed by the company that it was not their responsibility as it was there upon work starting on the car, even with an employee attesting to the damage not being there at dropoff. They were stating it was not by them therefore they can happily be paid to buff out all the scratches.Update: I reached out to corporate before and after the review, and they were unable to make any changes to the franchisee's decision because they are an independent business. This was left unresolved, and is not isolated as I have heard from other auto businesses' they have dealt or had customers have to go through their own insurances for damages done while at the Syracuse area Ziebart properties.Service: Engine detailing
