A secondary insurance was not asked for the pharmacy just assumed my son had one insurance, the medication was covered but since the dr who wrote the rx didn’t participate in the said insurance they charged me $18 for the rx which now I have to go back to get it rebilled and it was only 5 days when my rx was filled and they had already shelved it!

Wow after reading the other reviews I’m glad it’s not just me. My prescription was sent to the wrong Walgreens and the girl was so rude to me. The pediatrician sent the prescription over 3.5 hours ago and they didn’t have it ready. I was like oh ok, well how long will it be? And the girl was so rude and cut me off told me 20 min and to move forward there was a car behind me. But not nicely. I wasn’t just going to sit there. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. I’ve been in customer service my entire life and would never treat someone so rudely. I will never come here again.

there is an older lady who works in the pharmacy, I didn't get her name but I was very sick and already didn't feel well. I went to pick up my prescription. she was very rude and miserable. She asked for my last name and I gave it to her which she proceeded to yell "i can't hear you". i repeated myself as i am soft spoken sometimes, and after i did that she asked if "123 John lane" was my address and I said that is not my address anymore- she then responded by telling me "well WAS THAT YOUR OLD ADDRESS?" very loud and rude. turns out, my prescription was ready at a different pharmacy in the same town and she didn't even offer to transfer it over which i know wouldn't have been very hard since all Walgreens have the same computer system. I feel as though she should not be treating a customer that way. i worked in a Walgreens pharmacy for 4 years and never spoke to a patient like that. I am also a nurse myself, so i know how it is to deal with people. I feel very upset about being spoken to in that manner. I wouldn't recommend going to this pharmacy if i were You. she should be ashamed of herself for speaking to someone like that. She should be reported.

Pharmacy staff extremely rude on multiple occassions! Other staff can be hot and cold regarding customer service. I'd rather travel to a Walgreens 100 miles away rather than put up with the tom foolery at this location. Good riddance ✌?

so no pharmacist all weekend. they were already closed Sunday now they are closed Saturday also...I needed to pick up meds Sat and no one there. ridiculous

They turned me away for a covid test when they weren't busy to only send me 2 another walgreens that's doesn't require appoints that was closing in 10 minutes. The kind employee came out and let me know I wasn't gonna make the cut before they close today so now I'm next door to the original walgreens at a 5 star bc they couldn't take 5 minutes

Do not bring your photos to be developed here. We brought 7 disposable cameras to be developed to this Walgreens and not only did they ruin over half the photos, refuse to return the negatives to us, refuse to refund us for all the damaged images, but they also LOST an entire camera and refused to do anything about it. They claimed the camera had “gone bad” although they were all purchased recently from Walmart. When we asked to receive the negatives they claimed the “CD’s are the negatives” which is patently absurd and left us with no way to get our images properly developed. Don’t waste your money here.
