Line was a mess, with no real rhyme or reason. Finally opened a second line, which resulted in trashy people taking advantage and cutting ahead of those who'd been waiting. A drunken customer struggling to count his rewards resulted in our waiting more than 10 minutes in ours, while a woman buying a money order for her prison boyfriend held up the other, I finally put my items back and left. The line was 15+ long by that point. I'll make a stop at another Walgreens later. The one near me is usually properly staffed.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. 7/21: My kid was prescribed medicine to this location (Walgreens on cor. Rte 11/Brewerton Rd. and Caughdenoy). Before leaving, the doc's office said they called the med. in. Went to pickup and sign says "pharmacy closed 7/20 & 21 due to unforseen circumstances". Called 7/22 11am and told would be ready in 1 hour. Called again (because THIS has happened to us several times before) to see if ready at 1pm and said it was ready and to come by. Go there 2:05pm and still not done! Don't lie! Taking our business elsewhere! Thanks for nothing!
