It’s like watching a well oiled service operation before one’s eyes, a well managed and beautifully run business. Rented trailer again. Easy going customer service. I’d guess the poor reviews listed here were probably related to the individual posting.
It’s also true the trailer I got was not the one ordered. They gave me a rental pretty similar. 4x8 vs 5x9. I’ll happily take the extra space and the weight/size penalty was insignificant. This is U-Haul and things are in constant flux.
It appears there are new owners/managers from several years ago.”

8/23/24 I just rented ANOTHER storage unit at Life Storage. I came back because of the excellent service at this facility. It was great to see that Gretchen was still there. When I visit a business with high turnover and see a new face every week, I lose respect for that business because they must not be paying enough to make it worth it. I hope Gretchen is well-compensated for what she does. She deserves it!”
