Horrible 7 to 10 business days for new card? With today's technology I should be able to walk in and get a new card!!! What a major inconvenience,,,i will be switching credit unions for sure

Teller had to count out money for customer ahead of me. Lost track and had to do it 2 more times. I cashed a $99 check. No fee but needed ID, social, phone number. Had no idea what the legal definition of a check is.
