I have never in my life seen worse customer service! The men in the meat dept are so miserable, the jerk in seafood has no business being in customer service, he was mad because I needed to be waited on, really? Find an at home job so you don't have to deal with people. Not a manager in sight to address the many severe issues this store has. And the cashiers, ha! It would literally kill them to greet someone or say thank you. This was my last trip to this store. Can't wait until this one closes too! I can see why they all have. I would rather pay double price to shop at Wegmans for good customer service then deal with this ghetto dump.

Customer service and female Mgr on duty would not take back expired Pics grated cheese. Refuses because I didn't bring a receipt. For $3.00 you have lost a 30 yr faithful customer. What a shame. Please check how much I spent here every month, including our prescriptions

Went there this morning and wanted fresh shrimp for Easter. The lady behind the seafood counter was not helpful when we asked for a couple pounds stating “there is some frozen out there”. I explained that I would like the ones from the display though she had complained how she had just filled that. Going to the check out , our cashier was reading the paper. When we asked how her day was she stated “her day was going to suck because the stuck me on register 12 again”. We asked what was wrong with register 12? She stated that they go not give them baggers on that lane.. we than said “wellApparently no one likes there jobs here at the price chopper today because the lady at the seafood counter wasn’t happy either” and the cashier than stated ‘ they never are. You think they treat customers bad it’s even worse on how they treat us employees”. It was a very disappointing experience especially being a holiday weekend and with the Liverpool location closing and folks needing jobs… one would think these ones would be a little more pleasant in the hopes of being able to keep theirs.

The deli is running a hierarchy of harassment. They ignore bullying among the ranks and make up lies to send employees home early. Going as far claiming that I called and complained as an excuse to send my girlfriend home. I never called.

This price chopper has a full service food court along with a seating area for when you can go and purchase items you can conveniently sit down in to eat and enjoy items from their prepared seafood, and full service, bakery, deli, sushi and seafood selection, with many other various items to try too. Definitely would consider stopping back. The only downside is the building and parking lot could use modernizing.

Came here with my 5 year old brother. I ordered things from their seafood shop to be cooked. After I ordered I was talked about, my younger brother was being slurred at by the blonde women behined the counter How Discussing. Not coming back

Came to the seafood spot at around 6:45 on 1/17/2024 for a few fried sea scallops. I was helped professionally and in a friendly, ethical, correct manner that made me feel like I would consider this seafood spot in the future.

This used to be my weekly $600 grocery shopping stop. I will never come here again. The staff are liars. Who completely botched an order than tried to make me feel bad like I was wrong. Just moronic. Best wishes price chopper. You lost a 20 year customer.
