I’ve purchased 7 vehicles in 8 years from Drivers Village, I’ve always gone out of my way to refer people because of the service.
My most recent experience has been disappointing. Because I purchased a used vehicle (2023) I felt like an inconvenience. First I was called and asked to call my insurance company, they had all the information. I asked what I needed to tell them, he said you have the VIN on the paperwork I gave you, that’s all you need, the only thing I heard was binder and this is all I remember my agent providing the dealer last time, I could be wrong. I called insurance company, 800 number outsourced so not knowledgeable on the process. I asked for a binder. They sent 2 ( dates wrong) that is on insurance company not DV. After texting 2 binders to Bri he asks where the insurance cards are. I mentioned to him this is why I think he should have handled this and that this is not the best customer service experience. He said hang tight he had back to back appointments and would get back to me (I completely understand, I needed to get this done while I had no meetings of my own) so I called insurance company and sent insurance cards to Bri. When I picked up my car he showed me some features, etc. when I got home I could find the gas gauge my husband and I were looking at all the buttons in the car and I asked my husband if he could see the gas gauge anywhere, he found it and it was less than a quarter of a tank. I expected a full tank. I texted Bri to see if that was an oversight, I was told used vehicles are given a half tank of gas, I replied that’s better than none ( I did have a quarter of tank) his reply was “ When I saw it it had over 100 miles of gas” average 25 mpg 15.9 gallon tank that equals 1/4 tank.
USED CAR= QUARTER TANK/HALF SERVICE.
My husband is looking for a new truck and this would be our 8th vehicle in 8 years, I think that makes us loyal customers of Drivers Village. I did a test drive at Mitsubishi recently and the manager remembered me because I bought 2 cars same day for me and my daughter. That was several years ago!

I have owned Porsches for many decades. Most recently, I configured and ordered a 2024 Porsche Cayenne Hybrid through Drivers Village Porsche. The salesperson Josh was fantastic and helped me every step of the way. The new SUV arrived and is great. I recommend this dealership and their staff wholeheartedly.

Picked up my 2024 Cayenne S Coupe today to replace my 2021 model. Everything went smoothly as expected. This is my 5th Cayenne and I can always rely on Porsche Syracuse to provide exceptional sales and service. Now I'm waiting for a 911!

I made my first Porsche purchase in May. I test drove the Macan and fell in love with it, which ended my new car search right then! The customer service at Porsche Syracuse was exceptional; they were very friendly and accommodating! Mike, the sales professional that helped me, has reached out a few times since I picked up my new car to be sure that I was happy and comfortable and that I did not have any questions about the vehicle! He also sent me a greeting on my birthday! I am so incredibly happy to be a part of this wonderful Porsche family! I would highly recommend being a Porsche owner and choosing Porsche Syracuse for your next vehicle purchase, you will be extremely happy that you did!

Place was awesome, people we even better. Everything under the dealers control went very smooth. Best interest and response time from first internet contact, this given we lived over an hour away and did not want to waste time, They were pretty responsive and available.

Right from the moment we walked into this dealership Josh greeted us with warmth, positivity and knowledge. We were interested in purchasing a new vehicle for several months and always had Porsche on our mind. Josh asked us if we had any questions without being pushy by any means. He gave us his entire attention the whole time and during the test drive he went through every aspect and each gadget of the vehicle. He even had the breadth of knowledge by comparing the vehicle to different makes and models of non-porsche vehicles, which was extremely impressive! The entire buying process was extremely low pressure and flawless compared to any other car buying process at other dealerships in the past. Josh even went above and beyond by remembering a sticker I had on my old vehicle I was trading in and making sure a brand new one was placed on the newly purchased vehicle at our pick-up. While we waited for our Porsche, Will was in constant contact over the phone and updated us throughout the process. The level of professionalism, patience and knowledge was easily unmatched by a landslide compared to any other dealership/sales team/general managed that we have worked with previously. We will continue to give our business to this dealership because of what an amazing experience we had here. Thank you for our amazing purchase and exceeding our expectations beyond!!!

Called 3 times. Left voicemails each time to sales manager and other sales personnel authorized to sell cars over 200k range since other sales reps couldn't. After waiting for more than a month and several voicemails expressing my desire to purchase this particular vehicle i decided to leave this review to warn others not to waste their time. They clearly dont need your money nor do they wish to sell anything that isnt on their lot, apparently. As a business owner i find it quite insulting that NO ONE even bothered returning a call. A simple reason why they could not or maybe, even could, would've been encouraging to do future business. I definitely will not consider them in the future. After pulling some strings I managed to order it elsewhere.

This Porsche dealership is excellent. The service people - Ricks and Jessica - are friendly, knowledgeable, fair and the communication is always great. The work done on vehicles is usually fast and has always been top notch. I trust them.
Sales people here are also great - always ready to help and again, friendly and knowledgeable. Inventory of new and used has picked up since the pandemic (when stock was low everywhere).

Only place I'll ever buy a Porsche from! Will and Josh are fantastic! They had to deal with my numerous changes of mind, and while other dealers may have kicked me out for wasting their time, these guys stuck with me and were able to get exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier! Have already referred some people over to them and will continue to do so.
