They inspect and clean my company's trailers so we can pick up food grade product.
My only problem was they park the trailer so close we cannot get to the landing gear to lower the trls.
Other then that it was quick n easy.

Edit/Update: Amending review after upper management reached out. This situation has been rectified and my concerns were addressed. For anyone who takes their car into Northside to have an estimate performed, remove your personal belongings just in case it becomes totaled.
I was recently involved in an accident beyond my control, and as Northside Collision is an authorized repair facility and had great google reviews, I took my vehicle here.
The process started out fine, and I did not have issues. It was determined that my vehicle was totaled by insurance, and once that occurred I reiterated that I still needed to collect all of my personal belongings out of the vehicle. Once we had a replacement vehicle picked out, I called again to request that the license plates were taken off so I could collect them on my way to grab the new vehicle.
When I arrived at Northside last Wednesday to grab my plates (I had informed Northside I would return Thursday for my personal belongings due to time constraints), my car was nowhere to be found. There was a "miscommunication" and my car was sent to Copart. With every single personal item I had, as I was out of state on vacation during the process and had not yet had a chance to collect them. Personal information of mine could have easily been compromised, things could have been stolen, and lastly, I had to purchase completely new registration and plates because of this. Management has basically told me it's my problem to deal with the DMV, they don't care. This is extremely frustrating and upsetting. How exactly do you just release a car to the junkyard when the owner has been explicit about the need to collect their things?

Wow! Talk about a great experience after a terrible accident! This company did an excellent job repairing the damage on my car and kept me informed with every step they took along the repair process. That personal, caring touch is so important and greatly appreciated!

They did not take care or pride in their work. I had to return my vehicle after the first repair. Inspected it and found that it still wasn't fully resolved. I was very uncomfortable leaving my vehicle with them on the second return. Such a turn over in that office. No one seemed to know What was happening. I went in to drop iff my vehicle the 2ndctime around, and pick up my Loner vehicle, only to find out they never even had me booked on the calendar. Terrible service.

BEYOND satisfied with Northside Collision! My car came out absolutely flawless and was even fully detailed!! As a mom of 3 the car is always a mess so getting into a clean vehicle made my day!! Everyone was super friendly, the text messages to keep me updated on my vehicle was awesome and Hillary did an amazing job going over my car and explaining everything! Highly recommend!
