The assistant manager Craig was phenomenal. He was helping myself get measurements, another customer picking out suits, another customer getting a blazer and was a rock star helping all three of us. He was knowledgeable and had great customer service! Well done! Craig is a model employee and you are lucky to have him.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Customer service is awful. They get mad when you have a somewhat large party. Very vocal about how upset they are. Don’t have any sizes large than a 40. Will never recommend or go back there

I walked into this store in need of a suit. I wasn't greeted by the 2 individuals at the checkout/front desk. I walked around and looked at the suits and never asked if I needed help. The 2 individuals were too busy doing something on their phones. As a professional, I find this very rude and disrespectful. I was the only one in the store, so I should have gotten a little help. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Made an 11am appointment for a refitting of my suit. Drove 2.5 hours down from Potsdam, NY for the appointment. Arrived at 11:03a and was told the seamstress has just punched out and left. Based on this experience, I will reconsider purchasing from Men's Wearhouse at this location in the future.

They do not carry any suit jacket or sport jacket over 48 inch. I needed a 54 inch, only place in cny close to me that sells these sizes are Charley's

I can't give this store even 1 star, but it's making me.the store manager is the worst customer service professional i have ever encountered.i feel bad for the rest of her team.rude and indignant because i needed to make a return.refused to take it back, and instead told me to come back when the male manager was there to do the return.absolute worst experience ever in a retail store environment, and this company should be ashamed to have hired such a discourteous person.

On September 20th I visited this location to get fitted for a rental. The lady working and "helping" me was so rude. I laughed out loud a couple times because it was so hard to believe she was being that rude. My friend was there with me and helped me more than she did. I tried on a couple suits and she gave 0 feed back, I had to keep asking my friend how I looked if I should get a bigger/smaller size.She snapped at her co-worker a couple times too in front of costumers which is unprofessional.When leaving the store I said thank you, to which she didn't respond so I prompted her by replying to myself "your welcome".When I came back 2 weeks later to try on my rental I was very happy to find her not there and I actually got help from the workers.

*Don't go to this store, go to Macy's at Destiny Mall*On October 7th, I came to this location and wasn't welcomed upon entering the store or asked if I needed help. I had to flag an employee down who didn't even seem too excited to help me.After informing the employee my purpose of getting a suit, the employee picked out a suit and I tried it on, had my measurements done and I trusted the judgement of the employee to ensure the alterations looked good after measurements were done.Keep in mind, I haven't worn a suit in 4 years due to my most recent job not requiring it.When I was ready to check out, all three employees were just hanging out at the table near the belts talking. I had to ask if I could get rung up at the front desk and the employee that rung me up was not the employee that helped me with the suit selection and measurements.After making my payment, I was told my suit would be ready for pick up on October 13th (the day after my birthday), I was very excited.On October 11th, I called the store and asked if my suit was going to be ready on the 13th just to double check. It was already ready!On October 13th, I came in with my girlfriend to pick up the suit. I brought my own belt and dress shoes to try it on.Well, the dress pants were too long and it felt like they weren't even altered. It looked horrible. Additionally, the suit had threads hanging out from the back and a stain - looked very sloppy on the back.I'm glad I had my girlfriend with me because she immediately told me this suit was for a groomsman and not business professional office wear. Additionally, the suit tailoring was not done correctly. I felt like an idiot.The suit was immediately fixed by the tailor. However, I was not happy at all with the purchase because I felt like I was taken advantage of and I asked if I could exchange the suit for a different one in the store. Long story short: no exchanges allowed and a return can't happen due to the suit being altered.I asked the employees for customer service's number and the tailor gave me a card. I proceeded to call the number on the card and guess what? The store's phone rang.After I got the correct customer service's number, I left the store and embarked on my journey with corporate customer service.Customer service contacted the store and the manager would be receiving the case number to try to work with me on a return.I visited the store again later in the evening to follow up and was told that the actual manager would be contacting me the next day by 4 pm. Okay, great to hear.The next day on October 14th, I called the store at 11 am and the manager was assisting a customer but I left my case number and a message for the manager with an employee. Just a friendly reminder.I called the store later in the day at 3:11 PM and was informed that the manager left for the day and would be handling my case on Monday (October 16th).I immediately drove to the store to figure out what's going on. I ended up getting my suit in a way returned but with the money loaded on a MW giftcard, I was also disrespected by the employee that helped and measured me on October 7th. Thankfully, Craig deescalated the situation.Afterwards, the other employee just stood there behind the other register on her phone with very unwelcoming vibes.Due to my experience, I also returned the two collard shirts and white shirts that I bought from the store on October 7th.Afterwards, I informed MW customer service that my case has been resolved but filed a customer service complaint. Next, I went to Macy's to get everything I needed. I got SUPERB customer service, assistance and bought 2 high end suits ($500). At MW, just 1 low end suit is that same price.I called MW customer service today (October 15th) to get more traction because no one has contacted me today.You may be wondering why I chose MW in the first place despite all of these negative reviews? Well, I had an amazing experience 4 years ago at a MW when I use to live in the midwest - got a suit for an internship

Worst customer service ever!3 people sitting on there butts in the right hand back corner of the store. They'rejust conversing amongest themselves. Very uncomfortable, no smiles, no greetin.Don't expect them to approach and ask if they can help you find anything.I had to chase them down for every question and help finding different items.Truely unhappy experience when you're seopping real money.Oh, if you're doing serious shopping for a while....no bathroom facilities. They send you to Panara nextdoor!

My experience with the Cicero store was a complete mess and ended with an unprofessional result. The groom in my party canceled the order in plenty of time before there was a 2 week cutoff. He was informed that everyone in the party would also have their order canceled. If we payed by credit card it would be refunded automatically and if we used a debit card you would have to cancel in the store. I paid by credit card so I thought easy enough but when I checked my statements nothing was refunded. This was already a tough time for my family and I with the wedding being canceled so soon to the date. When I called and mentioned there was no money credited back to my account the store had no understanding and wouldn’t refund my money. When I asked if there was anything we could do I got a hard and simple no. Terrible customer service and I wouldn’t recommend any wedding party getting their attire from this location, completely unprofessional and not sympathetic. Whoever was in charge of this party also needs to reevaluate how they think, when the groom cancels his order you’d imagine the first train of thought would be to cancel everyone’s order.

This particular retail store has a limited selection compared to other MW stores I've purchased from, however, it was exceptionally clean, organized, and well stocked in the styles they carry.I had brought my son to be fitted for a tux rental. Three impeccably dressed young ladies were seated at a table engaged in an animated coffee klatch. I was unsure if they were employees, as my approach brought silence and an air of disdain one might have for boiled possum with a side of fried mouse tails.With some coaxing, the process of a fitting and rental pick up in another state was explained and completed quite efficiently and I appreciated that.Perhaps with some gentle coaching, an atmosphere more welcoming than that of a meat storage locker could be cultivated.
