Not a fan. Plumbing representative didn't know what I was talking about. Pex B parts bins ran into Pex A parts bins making it hard to find what I needed. Then they only carried basic faucets, nothing with a Pex B end on it. Limited Fernco's and parts bins with the wrong parts in them. A DIYer would have been at a loss to find the right pieces. We decided to get basics so I could continue working but getting everything else elsewhere.

I bought a cactus and when I got it home I realized the flower on the top is fake and hot glued to the top of the plant. If I remove it, the cactus will scar. Check your plants before you leave.

Horrible experience, I spent over $4000 in 2 two months at the cicero, ny lowes. I had a lumber order that had to be delivered to my home. The cashier at the pro desk was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Part of my order had to be shipped to the store being it was out of stock. I was Informed I would have to come back to the store when it came in. No problem, 10 days later I get an email apologizing for my order being delayed. Two days after that, I get a nasty phone call from the cicero location telling me my order is in and if I don't pick it up today, my order will be cancelled. I call them and tell them I will be in on Saturday to pick up the order (2 days later) and get told they need a manager's permission to let me pick it up then. I go to the store ask to speak to a manager and neither one of them have the courage to come talk with me after making me wait 20 minutes. Untrained help and disgusting management!! Steer clear of this location

Can't cut pressure treated lumber in store. Fandangled the $150 roll of wire between the cage that was locked. Took 3 calls to service to aisle 13.. no one ever came.
There is like 43 people working and they all seem to be doing nothing

This Store has a sale but and doesn’t give you the discount or a rebate. I Spent an hour of my time just to find out the place is scamming people. I talked to the store manager who said it didn’t start yet but it’s clear as day todays the starting date.
