We were immediately greeted by DJ (supervisor). I'm sure he felt our frustration, however we never felt his. He went above and beyond in our eyes. He simply said " I'll make that call for you, it's our policy" After my husband had already called western union and spoke to someone 3 times. Let me add this was 40 mins before closing and he was training another employee. DJ not only made us feel as valued customers, he had to call back to ensure the transaction was processed correctly. Kinney Drugs and DJ are top notch in our book.

Every time i go into a Kinney's there always stocked and well organized unlike similar chains like dollar general and family dollar i also like that there prices are always better than there competitors and they never have long lines.i wish more states would have kinney drugs because there more of a dollar store with a pharmacy attached unlike there compitiors like walgreens.

Every time I go to the pharmacy drive thru, they will make eye contact with me and I'll still sit there for 10+ minutes. Sometimes significantly longer. I'll also call ahead to check on scripts, be told they will be ready in 15 minutes, show up to get them to just be told it won't be in until the next day. This happens ALL THE TIME.

I came here a few minutes ago and purchased four items when I got up to the counter the girl made some sort of error on her computer or the computer froze so they couldn't take my cash. Instead of switching me to a new computer and just starting over the supervisor came up and was like well let me go and check our computers in the back and see if your order went through I waited about 10-15 minutes and I'm like hey this isn't worth it I got to go I ended up going to Walgreens should have just gone there to begin with. Use some creative thinking next time. Start the transaction over again on a new computer or just give the person their change from the back and scan the order in again later. No customer service. Should have been easy but they made it so difficult. And super slow.
