Danielle, take note, I am dropping my review from five stars to one star because providing good Customer Service after you pay is as important as being treated with respect during the filing process. Today I called the Cicero, New York office to speak to my tax preparer, who was with another client. I called to set up an appointment for my daughter and her husband thereby giving JH more business. Natalie, who took my call, was one of the nastiest people I have ever encountered. She talked over me, accused me of being upset when I wasn’t, and had a thuggish personality. All I asked her was to have Jeremy give me a call and leave me a voicemail. I wasn’t asking for her to interrupt his meeting. I was very happy with Jeremy and the way my taxes were done - but if I can’t call afterwards and be treated with respect by the person, fielding phone calls and taking messages, I won’t do business with JH. I refuse to be at the mercy of someone who is having a very bad day and because of Natalie, JH will lose my business and my family’s business forever, as long as this person is someone I must interact with. The reason I had my taxes done at the Cicero office, was because the JH tax preparer I had an appointment with at the local Walmart was a no call no show, which wasted my time. I almost pulled my business- but a manager called me and apologized, assuring me that nothing like this would happen again- but my first impression was correct. JH seems to employ a bunch of screw ups who don’t give a rat’s behind about providing good customer service. Find a tax preparer’s office who works as a team because if you are treated unkindly by the people you need to interact with to reach them- it’s not worth the aggravation.

Mr. Jeremy Hilton was great! We did taxes with him two years in a row. Even though we will be leaving New York if there is a way to continue to work with Mr. Hilton we absolutely will!
