I always love going to the different Good Will stores as each area has different stuff! This location is pretty fair with their pricing!
Though, I have seen in the Carolina's stores North & South a lot of price gouging & often folks refer to the stores as "Greed Will"!!

Every time I come to Syracuse, I make time to visit this location. It's the only Goodwill I will go to. (gotta hit up that chicken place across the street) The selections are always great. I'm only giving four stars because if something doesn't have a tag, you can't purchase it. It seems like whenever I find an item I really like, there's no tag on it. :( I do believe they should tag it then. It's frustrating.

A couple Sundays ago I was in the woman's pajamas area and noticed what seemed to be yoga pants covered in blood in the frontal area. Disgusting sight to see at goodwill. Goodwill shouldn't take clothes with obvious stains on them! Or even put them out! Do better goodwill.

The manager of this store is completely out of touch with reality! I think the district manager and the CEO of good will really needs to take a look at who they hire. I can say as someone who comes in twice a week I will never be back to this location again! Having the job I have and knowing that word of mouth is everything I will be passing on the word. I don't typically do reviews so for me to write one or was pretty bad. I get that everyone needs a job into today in this world it is hard to find help let alone Good help but she took the cake. She was not only lazy, and rude but most importantly unprofessional. Sad into days world we have to be subject to these kind of employees as I'm in management myself and prefer not to settle for an unprofessional employee!

It’s clean, but there is minimal selection at this location. Things are spread out an organized, but there isn’t much stuff to look at. They had a small amount of every department.

Used to love going here but it seems to be gearing more towards less secondhand items and more mass produced new items and holiday decor you can find at Walmart for the same price. Their book section has several cases but they only ever have 1 or 2 rows on one case filled with books and all the rest sit empty.

Goodwill has become such a fraud!!! On several occasions I have seen multiple items priced OVER retail which is ridiculous in intself. Today takes the cake though. I purchased what i thought was a screen enclosure for a garage that the box had been taped closed in several spots so I figured that during pricing someone at least checked and taped the box closed, but nope. I get home open the box and no screen just rods. Usually not a big deal but not with Goodwill because they have a no refund, no exceptions policy. How the hell can you not refund someone's money when what they purchased is not in the box? Its not like the company would be losing money as these items were donated for free. BOYCOTT GOODWILL!!! Please donate your items elsewhere

This is a pretty rough Goodwill. Inventory is low and prices are unbelievably high. Could use a serious deep cleaning. Cashier was very nice. The pricing person got a little overexcited an marked a pair of Pumas at $49.99, this made me chuckle but seriously at a normal Goodwill they would be maybe $12.99.
