Volkswagen dealership is full of incompetent workers. People at the service desk don't listen to reason and milk you for every dollar you have. Would not recommend buying, unless you like spending your time with the rude people behind the counter, trying to get them to do their job right. Good Luck to those who try!

Final update: After not responding to me for weeks, I had to reach out to Meghan again. They strung me along for weeks about assisting me with a claim with Mazda USA and in the end they did nothing. I do not recommend Mazda, Burdick Mazda, or the Burdick dealerships at all. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Please save yourself the headache. I will be shopping elsewhere for my next vehicle and will be getting out of this junky Mazda soon. They are no longer reliable. Thanks for nothing, Meghan.Update: The Mazda service center contacted me the day after I posted this review. I spoke with Meghan and she assured me that she would contact Mazda USA to try and resolve the issue, yet I have still not heard back.I purchased my vehicle new from Burdick Mazda in 2021. I went in last week for an inspection with only 14k miles on my car and they told me my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced to pass inspection. Rotors should last 60k-70k miles so clearly something was defective with the brakes, but Mazda refused to contact Mazda USA about the issue. The service manager agrees with me that something must have been wrong with the brakes given my driving habits. I contacted Mazda USA myself and they said only the dealership can help with brakes and rotors. Mazda USA also said that the service manager blamed my driving habits for the brakes getting worn out so quickly - I drive daily but only to the grocery store and around town. There is no way normal wear and tear should have caused this level of damage to the brakes so quickly if the brakes weren't defective and I feel like I am just being given the runaround. I am very disappointed with the service at Burdick and quality of parts Mazda is using these days. They used to be reliable and my family has owned numerous Mazdas. After my experience at Burdick, I don't think I will again.I also had my toddler with me in the waiting area and they kept making us feel like we weren't welcome even though he wasn't being noisy or bothering anyone.

This was my first time buying a vehicle from Driver's Village. I will say because of my experience with David Alexander, you will have a repeat customer when the time comes to buy another vehicle. I have probably purchased over 10 new cars in my life time and no experience compares to the experience I had from him. He has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He was not pushy and is extremely knowledgeable. David Alexander is one of the best sales people that I have had the pleasure to work with.He was extremely helpful taking the time to explain the features of the vehicle and answering any questions or concerns I had. I didn't feel rush and it was nice to have things explained. I would recommend David to anyone looking to purchase a new Hyundai.Thank you so much, David and Driver's Village for a great buying experience. I will recommend David and Drivers Village to anyone I know that is looking buy a vehicle. Job well done David!!! ?

Dave Alexander has been the family car dealer for many years. Dave has never been the typical dealer that pushes you with the “by the book” sales tactics that don’t work for us. Dave has always made us feel like part of the dealership. When we’re at Hyundai for service he notices and always makes a point to say hi. Hands down Dave should receive the world class salesmen if there is such a thing. Dave is a true asset the Cicero Hyundai. He will be our guy for many years to come. In addition, the Sales Manager and finance Managers no matter how busy already give a smile and a wave. We feel truly special and at home with every visit.

When it comes to leasing a new vehicle every 3 years, I’m one of those…. I get the newest Jeep and I go to the same dealer every single time. It’s my comfort zone. When my Jeep was coming due this year I decided to venture out and test drive other vehicles to see if there was something I might like better. We decided to come to Driver’s Village because of the variety available in one place, but if I’m being truthful.. we had all intentions of purchasing more local once I found the car I wanted.I fell in love with the Hyundai Palisade after test driving about 7 SUVs. There is a Hyundai dealership around the corner from where I live, but we also fell in love with David Alexander. He was knowledgeable, fun, easy to talk to, listened and didn’t pressure. It’s absolutely because of him that we signed that day! He’s a total asset to your company and now, I will suggest that people make the drive out to work with him specifically!

I just started my fifth lease with Hyundai at Driver’s Village. Having someone to sit down with that knows you by name to run numbers, discuss new models, new tech, and new perks makes the experience from start to finish seamless and carefree. Dave from Hyundai is who makes this all happen for me. Happy customer for 12 years and I’m in the car model and color that I wanted.

We recently purchased a Chrysler Pacifica AWD about a month ago. We had never been to Drivers Village and the experience was great from start to finish. We worked with Connor Weakly and he was fantastic. He made sure everything went smooth and has checked in with us a few times. The customer service was great.

Our purchase from Driver's Village was fast and simple. Although shopping for an automobile is not one of my enjoyable tasks, this task was made easy at Drivers Village. The purchase, from start to finish, was handled by Mohamed Salim (Moe) in a professional, and friendly manner. His guidance and knowledge throughout the process allowed us to complete our purchase with confidence. I would recommend Driver's Village as a great starting/ending point when searching for a used vehicle. Ask for "Moe" for top-notch service.

People warned me about doing business with any dealership at Drivers Village in Cicero, but Burdick Chevrolet Buick GMC takes the proverbial cake! They are unabashedly unashamed at their brazen scam tactics and others need to know about this. I’ve been leasing GM vehicles for the past decade, and my current lease is up in three months. Apparently there’s some sort of database that lets dealers know about leases which are ending because I’m getting calls off the hook, and consequently, I received a letter from the general manager of this dealership offering me the opportunity to terminate my lease early, plus 3.9% financing with no payments for 90 days. This is for people with good credit and I have a near perfect credit score so I always get the best interest rates and financing. Contained in the letter as you will see in the photos below, was an offer to purchase my vehicle for $25,675. That’s about $1000 less than book value but it’s enough to pay off my car which is all I really cared about.I went to the dealership and found a couple of vehicles I was interested in- but the deal fell through because they refused to honor the letter with the special offer and they refused to pay me anything near the book value of my car. My vehicle is in showroom condition with low mileage yet they only offered me $21,000, which is 4000 lower than I was offered by two other dealerships in the area- and almost $5000 less than was offered in the letter sent to me which brought me into their dealership. Basically, this is a bait & switch letter to get me to come in. I spent 90 minutes with a sales rep test driving cars just to find out they had no intention of honoring this deal. Of course the guy that wrote it who is the GM was nowhere to be found so I called him to try to understand why they wouldn’t honor the letter they sent me. I was passed off to one of his underlings who did nothing but double-talk me. She literally gave me a bunch of mumbo-jumbo that the offer was only valid from 9/14–9/16 and it required me making a formal appointment. it doesn’t say that in the letter. It just tells me to bring it in with me. I also didn’t receive it in the mail until 9/19 and the envelope was postmarked 9/17 after the promotion apparently ended. I have no doubt this was anything but intentional on their part. I don’t know how many complaints they have with the Better Business Bureau or are filed with the attorney general’s consumer fraud division, but they’re going to have at least one because I am filing complaints. There are so many dealerships in the Syracuse region, but this one is extremely dishonest. If you have excellent credit, and can buy from anywhere, be sure to shop with your feet and make sure those feet don’t lead you to any of the dealerships at Drivers Village in Cicero.

Talk about horrible customer service. Alex the guy who wears sunglasses inside has no idea how to give a proper tutorial of a car and the features of it. And ESPECIALLY Kassie, she made promises she couldn’t keep and did the bare minimum when it came to her job. Lied about my car being detailed and was left waiting over 40 minutes to sign papers just to never show up until we left. Disgusting company, should be ashamed.
