So I got rear ended, I went here to try to get the damages fixed on my rear bumper. Insurance covered the costs thankfully but the experience with this business sucked. Here is what happened.
I bring my car in for repair, they tell me they will fix it no problem, gave me a rental and I thought it was all set. 2 weeks later when I go back, they try to tell me it’s all good. When I looked at my car, I could visibly see the new rear bumper they installed was not aligned exactly how it was before. I asked if they replaced the clips or just the bumper and they didn’t even replace the messed up clips that hold the bumper. I told them I wanted all new clips and was out of a car for another 2 weeks.
On top of that, they removed my window rain visors and chrome delete I installed on my car promising to put it all back together. They had to remove this to access the bumper.
When I returned for the 3rd time, I can visibly see that the double stick tape they used for the rain visors was popping off on the corners, that is not how I installed these. I brought it up to them and it seemed like they thought I was just trying to be a pain. The manager was extremely and hard to talk too. I have had these rain visors on my car for over 2+ years and no issues. About a month after, on the highway one of the rain visors ripped off tearing my chrome delete in the process. They 100% did not install these correctly, I had them for over 2 years and no issues. Burdick touches them and it lasts 1 month. The quality of work here is terrible.
Now I am out about $150 for new rain guards, and about $30 for new chrome delete vinyl to try to repair the mess Burdick left me and my car with.
ALL OF THIS BECAUSE I GOT REAR ENDED SITTING AT A RED LIGHT. It wasn’t even my fault and I have to deal with the pain and burden of all of this. I will never go back here again, terrible service and terrible job done.
If I could give it a 0/5 star I would, they are terrible.

Short sighted on customer service follow through. Lack integrity. Buyer beware!
On two seperate occasions I approached this business. Would strongly encourage others on considering alternatives if you want to be treated fairly and with respect. On the first occasion they did not return my calls because the repair seemed too small for them to engage. And then they quoted me 10x what it took for me to replace the part myself in less then 15 minutes. They kept scaring me on the note, we don't know what we will find underneath the scratched body part that needed replacing.
Several months later, on the second occasion that I approached this business, when I could not perform the repair myself, the response time improved considerably. Not sure if that was because the dollar value was more attractive or if they had fixed a potential issue that was causing the response time issue. However, they were simply put dishonest and not customer friendly. They had us sign a form as collateral, where if the insurance did not pick up to a specified amount of cost beyond the adjustor estimate, we would be liable. Insurance agreed to pick up supplemental cost that was more than twice the collateral sum (beyond the adjustor estimate). Collision center kept on issuing more prices increases beyond what they settled with insurance on. And then they asserted that they got to set the price. In essence an attempt to collect on the collateral. The insurance guys were straight shooters and shared their written interactions and negotiations which made clear that this was occuring in the background. I escalated the matter to a higher level of burdick management. Which listened well at first, and gave the perception of caring. However, was ineffective in addressing the issue in taking any meaningful action. And ignored my request to escalate further to get to the next level of resolution that was present. Instead they pushed the conversation back to collision center that was simply interested in arguing and keeping appearances with no concern for what the impact was to the customer. The Collision center and escalation was just a disappointment again.
Ultimately, the collision center noted they would conceed and back off a nominal amount off the multiple escalations in price. They did not hesitate from attempting to trick my wife again to collect it to pay the full sum incase we were not paying attention. We again requested a written trail of what they were requesting, so they straightened out their ask, because it could not be more clear what game they were playing at again. Buyer beware! Not sure if this is because of some bad apple employees (Chris Cole and Jake ...)...or a Burdick matter at large. I see there are enough reviews on here that for Burdick's sake and the reputable brands they represent, I hope they correct this situation. As I tell people. Integrity and character cannot be taught. Who people are comes through when they are in a position of power. Character and integrity are not skills one can teach -- unless you are their parents :) If you hire people with good character, you can teach everything else over time. Don't be short sighted. Reward good people with careers and distance yourself from people who don't represent the values of your brand. I will most likely be changing who I do business with going forward given this second experience with their body shop. I had been driving over an hour to get to them. There are certainly other options in that radius.

David Slice was attentive, answered all my calls, and communicated efficiently about all my needs. My car came back looking newer than when I bought it. It was well detailed after my windows we vandalized. I truly appreciated the service there.

Unprofessional liars, they didn't want to work on my truck even though they estimated the repairs. Claimed it was to close to total even though insurance didn't total the vehicle out and approved for dv to work on my vehicle.
