Great staff and service. Recommended by our local urgent care since they are open till midnight. I was skeptical at first with the banner out front, but the facility is updated and clean. They were fairly busy. Our visit involved an x-ray and maybe took 30 minutes.

I was told to take macrobid by DR. ZAKI BADWAY iv had several Urinary Tract Infections macrobid has never worked for me most doctors when you express you have tried a antibiotic and it doesn’t work they don’t waste any time making you take it again they put you on something else that may work better maybe my body is resilient to it or it’s a kidney infection like I have told him because of the severe pain I have all the the signs of a kidney infection more so then a uti i explained to him nicely that my uti rapidly becomes a kidney infections instead of listening to my symptoms he hit my kidneys twice which hurt and i understand he has to but just because I didn’t scream in agony he said he would only prescribe me macrobid because he didn’t believe I had a Kidney infection when a doctor doesn’t want to hear the other symptoms your going through as a patient like chills, body, aches or pain in your groins not to mention extreme pain and I do take accountability with on my part for waiting for so long to come in that’s why I knew it turned in to a kidney infection but he didn’t want to hear anything I had to say at all he is a very lazy and dismissive doctor in my opinion and I don’t recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor to listen to them or take the time to look at your medical history of kidney infections. I am so disappointed in this doctor because it was my first time going to this urgent care. There were no notes take either on what pain I was going through because he didn’t want to to listen nor did I see him type anything down worst doctor I have ever been to in my life!

I had a wonderful experience here! My appointment was made quickly by the front desk staff, and when it came time for me to come to the clinic, I was brought back in a timely fashion. Michelle, the PA on site today, provided great care! I even got a popsicle and the end ?

Will have their entire staff look at your injured finger in the waiting room but not help you. Do nothing but advise you to go to an actual emergency room. So if you need any kind of help or if you’re in any pain I definitely do not recommend going here, the staff will just look at you like you’re a circus animal and not help you. Never heard of a doctors office or so called “emergency room” not seeing a patient. I was even more than willing to pay to be seen, I wanted to be helped. I hope everyone works here has a horrible day and please do not go here.

Everyone was nice and helpful until Dr. Talked down to me! I am 68 yrs old not stupid, asking if my foot is swollen?Then proceeds to say well all I can offer is a shoe . I said it pulls on my foot and hurts it more. He said well you walked in here and around on your foot ok. Smh, you sir just didn't care. ..

Super convenient online check in process. Very accurate wait times and friendly staff! Will absolutely use this place over anywhere else in Syracuse.

Just took my sister there as she felt something pop in a knee she had replaced 2yrs ago. Her pain was bad, trouble walking, etc. Figured she could get an xray there quicker. Yeah NO. After a difficult walk down the hallway, with a walker, we were told it would be a 3 1/2 to 4hr wait! There was only one person in the waiting room. She couldn't sit in those low chairs for that amount of time. I asked them to call an ambulance as her pain was rapidly increasing and she could no longer walk, and the guy behind the desk said NO ! That they don't call because she's not a patient yet so they don't want liability?!? Huh??
Then I asked for a wheelchair to get her to the car so I could call from the parking lot. And he said NO! I kid you not. Same lame explanation as before. So if someone had a heart attack on the premises they're not going call an ambulance?? So I called from the hallway, her in a chair in the hallway and waited for the ambulance, which took her to the hospital. Don't run in there for any emergency help, there's nothing "urgent" about them.

Staff was very friendly and caring. Check in process quick and easy. The best experience I have had at an Urgent Care. Glad we have Drakos in Cicero!

Very professional and extremely helpful. I am very impressed with the entire process and staff. Support staff are very helpful and nice. The facility is super clean and bright. Online appointments make a huge difference in the speed. I highly recommend going there if you are in need of urgent care.
