Absolutely love this store! There's something for everyone and the owners are so nice and always asking if there's anything you're looking for specifically. There's items high, low and around every corner so take your time and you're bound to find a must-have!

Earth witches and rock hounds: THIS is the place to be! I've been to lots of shops, and Crystal Cove is the best place to buy real crystals in the Central New York area! The owners are so welcoming and know so much about everything in the store. And the prices... such fair and honest prices. No fluff or inflated prices for the woo woo benefits, just honest prices for the stones. They always have new things in stock and their variety is unmatched. I tell everyone about this place and am very hype about the new location: great parking and wheel chair friendly. I wish all good things for Crystal Cove ✨️

The owner is awesome! Always greeted when you go inside and super friendly chatting about all the crystals & gems from all over the world. The prices are super reasonable and much cheaper than some of the other crystal stores around. They have a huge selection and a lot are marked with information. Free parking in the back of the building with two entrances so you don't have to worry about parking on Main Street. A must visit!

Jason and the Crystal Cove is a gem! They have many, many really beautifully unique, quality crystals, stones and local art. Each piece is referenced by place of excavation, and they know each supplier personally. Many crystals and stones are locally sourced, like Walworth, Penfield, and Syracuse!No pressure. Just kind & knowledgable sharing!

Very open space. Light was good and really showed off the pieces nicely. The staff was very friendly. Ended up with 2 stones and 2 rope necklaces (he is wearing Goldstone and mine is Blue Goldstone). Gentleman working the shop even helped by putting the stone into the necklace. Thank you for a good visit.

Overpriced, overhyped. A few decent stones but go to a gem show for the same quality for FAR less spending.
