Aside from the nice man at the front desk who was clearly the only one working here tonight - this is a horribly, awful hotel.
It is absolutely filthy. Pullout couch is stained, dirty underneath it to the point that we can't even let my daughter sleep on it.
Every window, every mirror....layers of dirt, handprints. Carpets filthy. Dirty bandaids at the pool. No towels at the pool. Dirty pool depite the insanely strong smell of chlorine.
What's even more unfortunate is the delusional pricing. I booked on a 3rd party site for $180+ USD and the poor gentleman ifo me had to pay almost $250 USD. Absolutely insane!
Stay as far away as possible from this hotel for the cost of it. Owners should be hiring more staff and investing some effort to clean it. I don't know how they justify the pricing here. If I could give a half star I would.

Just got to my room, this should be a 2 star at best. Rooms are filthy. Was hoping my kids could use the pull out sofa after a long drive but looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Pool is off coloured. I would complain but judging from the state throughout the hallways, don't think its getting much better.
Rooms: Not very clean

Arrived at 9pm 17 March. Sink in room does not work. Can not use sink for brushing teeth and basic hygiene. Called down to front desk and had lady lie to me about a maintenance person who will be by to fix the sink. Called several times and now it is midnight and the next person on shift has no knowledge of maintenance man on site to fix issue. Lady at front Desk clerk lied. Rooms smells like sewer. Sink is full of debris. No one to fix issue. Not given another room.
DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. Should be condemned. I will be seeking compensation and encourage others who had similar issues or complaints to seek compensation.

Stay away from this hotel!
My family and I stayed there for two separate nights last week during our family vacation. Housekeeping/cleaning was not done well at all. The first room had brown stains on the bathroom floor near the toilet (you can guess what that is). Counters were grimy to the touch. We wanted to use to pull-out sofa bed so my son can sleep on it. When we opened it up, there was garbage inside, the mattress was stained and smelled of urine. Closed it right up immediately. The second room was more or less the same as the first, but with mouldy bed sheets and stains on the comforter. The only positive is that the rooms are bigger than a standard hotel room.
The worst part of this hotel was that they threw out our personal items that we left behind after the first night. While it was our fault for leaving items behind, we called them as soon as we realized and told them we would return to the hotel two days later and we can pick it up then. They agreed to hold the bag for us. When we returned two days later, none of the staff could find our bag, gave us the runaround for the next few days, tried to blame it on us and said that we didn't return to pick it up (not true at all), and finally admitted that their staff threw our stuff out.
After all that, we only received an extra 10% off for each night as "compensation", which amounts to $20 USD. That doesn't even begin to cover the cost of the lost items, sentimental values aside. This was an insult and reflects the manager/owner's poor attitude towards customer service.

The absolute worse hotel ever! Dirty room, AC smelled, it should be demolished! That's being kind.

I was hoping to book this hotel for our family vacation. I have a service dog and called ahead because I wanted to be sure we wouldn't have issues after a long trip with our four year old child. The front desk reception insisted I would be charged for having a "pet" and continued to refer to him as a "pet." When I called corporate (Choice Hotels), they seemed educated on the ADA laws and while agreeing with me, would not correct this locations misinformation. Corporate did say they won't charge the fee, but insisted I needed to provide physical paper work to prove he's a service dog, which doesn't legally exist. The Corporate representative agreed the hotel was wrong, but would not ammend their error and only offered to have us stay at a different location, which is not where we want to be, doesn't offer the same amenities, and/or is more expensive.
When a hotel demands paper "proof" like a certification or registration, they're telling me they only allow fake service dogs registered through online scam sites. With that in mind I'm not sure if it's even a safe atmosphere for legitimate service dogs.

Even though you spend a lot of money on high-end professional TVs. Most of the functions have been difficult to use and casting and such is nearly impossible.

Check-in service was poor, there were no bottles of water in the hotel, and no vending machines. The snacks fridge had 4 frozen pizzas only. The room is just ok until you turn off the noisy old AC unit, and the smell comes out. The carpet was super dirty and also the furniture. There's no wifi and if you have Verizon there's a 1 bar signal there.
There's a business center with 0 working computers and not even a printer working.
And this is advertised as a 4-star hotel, of course not, the price paid was $115 per night.
Rooms: Smelly and dirty
Nearby activities: 10 minutes from the Airport, but there are better options at similar prices
Safety: Weir people walking on the parking lot
Food & drinks: None
Noteworthy details: Go other place.

The staff was super accommodating and nice. The rooms were so clean and so wasn’t the pool area. The lobby was also spotless and the service was very efficient. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family without a doubt. Thank you for the amazing stay.
Rooms: The rooms were so clean and nice and whenever we needed something the front desk and the housekeeping was always on top of it. Great employees!!!
