Super happy to see Google has corrected the search for Citizens bank in Cicero, NY. It now appears in the correct location and that's amazing. The bank itself is great, They gave me a 200.00 cash deposit to start an account with Direct Deposit. I give Citizens Bank two stars because the cashier was nice. However, I was ripped off for $7 and was given the option to go threw an ordeal to get it back. I've noticed that numerous locations have permanently closed and I'm not surprised. Obviously someone up top doesn't understand the importance of customer service.
