The waits and transactions take 70% longer then any other branch in the area.
The tellers are lost and struggle for both personal & business transactions that are straight forward simple functions.

I have been a customer of citizens for over 20 years. I have brought over 10 family members and friends to this bank and swore they were amazing to work with. Well, their customer service is not what it use to be, and the extra hours of being open and available to help is no longer there.
