Today was the second time I was having tire work done to one of my vehicles. The first time was a few weeks ago, to have a screw removed and they were able to fit my car in right away, when every other place was too busy to help out. I brought my wife’s car there today for a screw in a tire and they again stopped what they were doing and handled the job. After looking at the tire, the stated that the screw did not puncture the wheel and there was no damage. They still fixed the tire and told me that it was no charge. I will deal be using this garage for any of my vehicles needs. I would highly recommend them!!!

2 thumbs up for Cicero Car Care Center! I have a 55 year old classic Chevy & I was in town for the Syracuse Nationals. I had an emergent issue with its brakes that made the car unsafe to drive. John and his team got my car in right away, replace the failed parts and got the brakes working again - just like new!! Knowledgeable techs, great service and very reasonable prices. They have won me over; I'll be sending more business their way. ????

John and his team are the best. I want to thank them all! The gentleman that checked me in was kind and welcoming. I we was referred by my aunt and now I am referring all out there that need an auto shop that stands by you and only for you. If I could give a 100 stars you bet I would. We had rear wheel bearings replaced on my daughter's Rav4 in September and they over tightened the lug nuts. I discovered it today when rotating her tires and had to replace 6 of 10 that were deformed and turned hard. The price was a bit high, but they were able to get us in when other shops couldn't. Quoted price for 3 hours labor but didn't reduce the charge when it took less than 2 hours. I won't be going back.

Small shop, got me in same day for an AC fill. Wife's car is cold again, and I didn't pay Ford 3500 for a new compressor like I did in 2018...on the same car.
