I go here almost everyday, it's very close to my house and convenient, especially considering I work second shift, however this location has one chronic issue, and that is starting. I don't know who does the staffing, or what metrics they use to calculate how many people they need, but they're wrong. This establishment has a small deli, offers ice cream too, and rarely do you ever see more than two people working, and it's not enough. This is a high traffic area in general, even at 11p-2am you almost always see at least 5 customer cars in the lot. Furthermore, and I have nothing against this, but they often employed individuals with certain limitations, which often causes all sorts of wait times, mistakes, and backups. I would give this place 5 stars if they would just staff it with enough people.

My husband and I went to get a few sandwiches, burgers and cheese sticks, the cabinet was full we figured it had to be fresh ! Well first of all the kid at the counter gave us chicken tenders and we explained no we wanted sandwiches so he said well they are going to be free anyways because I have to throw them away anyway ! Needless to say we spent $25 on trash ! We got charged alright and the food was disgusting, the burger was so old it smelled funny and the paper wouldn’t even come off of the thing! My husband is now sick !

We went in for icecream Friday night. I watched the lady place her bare hands in the sprinkle bowl and sprinkle the sprinkles on our icecream. I said something about it and she told me she washed her hands today, and refused to make us new cones using gloves. Not that we wanted more sprinkles cause now the whole container had her bare hands in it. It’s gross!

Stood at the deli counter for about 5 minutes because we wanted to order some items, the girl walked right by without saying a word and then proceeded to just start texting on her phone in plain sight of us and never even looked our way as if we didn't exist. I know damn well she saw us when she originally walked by. That's why these "employees" shouldn't have cell phones on them while working. Very bad business!! Disappointed for sure.

I have been there twice in the last 4 days and both times they did a great job. Greeted immediately as I approached the Deli counter both Employees (One Male, One Female) each took my order and promptly assembled my sandwich. Cashiers were equally pleasant and they all should be praised for their positive attitudes. I'd say WOW service.

This is one of the most convenient locations for me. It’s on the corner of S. Bay and Circle Drive. I like that there are two entrances and exits. I often go there at 5:30 in the morning before the supermarkets open. I really have had no need to go inside which is a good thing. I like the convenience I’m in and out and there’s never been an issue.

Came to get a sandwich and 6 garlic knots. Was told 15 minutes and here I am waiting for 4 more and they didn’t even put the right toppings on my sandwich. Don’t waste your time coming to this store.

This Second Shift Has No Clue Of How To Run This Business.... The Guy At The Register Took His Hat Off & Scratched His Head, With Both Hands, Never Washed His Hands & Sneezed Twice.. Continued To Prepare Ice Cream & Milk Shakes... One Guy Trying To Help With Lottery, He Was Clueless, Supervisor Or Other Staff Didn't Help Him Or Acknowledge Any Of The Customers In The Store. They Have The Worst Customer Service The Morning Shift Is 100% Better. They All Need More Training

I feel this place is not professional for a job they treat u like ur invisible and they are not family based they don’t care U do ur best at ur job and their no bonuses or appreciation and when u prove ur self to move up they Bullie u into not taking the position even tho it’s not worth it anyways cause u only get a 50 cent raise And the fact that the dm can’t even do her or his job as a store manger cause the District manger stepping on her or his toes They are always hiring because no one stays long enough someone always gets fired or quits I have more to say but I’m good I’ll turn it into the labor bored thanks
