Byrne Dairy and Deli is noted for its fantastic and super good freshly prepared food, particularly its deli sandwiches which are considered the best by some, rivaling other well-known shops but being more convenient. The store is overall great, clean, and right next to home for many, with nice and friendly staff who provide great customer service with smiles. Specific employees, including a male overnight sandwich maker and helpful female workers, receive high praise for their enthusiastic service and personal touches. However, a glaring problem is the staffing situation during peak hours, leading to terrible wait times for ice cream or hot food, causing customers to leave. While frequently a positive experience with steamy fresh donuts and good food, the store could benefit from more staff or better training for multitasking to improve during busy periods.
Was nervous to try these sandwiches. Gotta say they were fantastic! I'm very picky about ordering sandwiches but Byrne has the best. They are just as good as Brooklyn pickle but cheaper and more convenient.

Best sandwich maker is the male who works overnights who left then came back.. he’s an OG. Also front counter female wrote a smiley face on my sandwich box and it made my day :)
