James Clark helped me get the perfect first car for me! I saw my car on a autotrader site and I put in a request for the car and got a call back immediately the next day. James worked with me to ensure that I would be able to afford the car and worked with me to find a price that was reasonable. Since I am a college student it can be stressful having a car payment since money is tight! So having someone who was patient with me made the process so easy and not stressful! I was not expecting it to go as smoothly as it did, and I would definitely recommend buying a car from drivers village and working with James.

My salesman Mr James Clark is a excellent gentleman he provided and helped me all the way though the process which turned out to be a very smooth process I would recommend anybody to go see him if you need a car he will not lie to you he would give you the full details and he would show you the Carfax. 2018 Chevy traverse very nice ride very reasonable price for the miles that was on it

* Note: This review was about previous experiences that I had approximately 4 years ago when I purchased a vehicle from them, and after speaking with the "New General Manager" on 7/3/24 I was told that things are different now and none of the same staff that were working there when I did purchase my vehicle are still working there now.*
These were my experiences:
They will nickel dime you, and lie to you.
Get your own financing from your local bank or credit union or you will pay more from them.
They said they have 32 lenders, but couldn't get me a better rate than my local credit union which I am not a member of.
They told me they had an owner's manual, but when it came time to sign the papers and finalize the deal, they said they couldn't find it .They also tried to sell me a car with only 1 key and one remote key fob.
Don't believe anything they tell you.
It's like pulling teeth to try and get anything from them.
I gave them a $100 deposit on a vehicle, and when I told them I was going to get my own financing they got really mad and their whole attitude changed from being friendly to adversarial. I can't say I would recommend this place. It's a used car mill.
They don't really care if you buy a vehicle from them or not, because they have many people walking through the door every hour. Make sure you shop around, & do your research on the vehicle you intend to purchase.

Went to Burdick to look around bc I had gotten into an accident so was going to need a new used car. James Clark was so helpful, he listened to me about what I like in options and directed me to a car that was perfect for my needs and budget. I would definitely recommend Burdick when shopping for a car. James wasn’t pushy and their inventory was great!

Javon, Shatki, and the rest of the crew did an amazing job. Javon took me right to the exact vehicles we wanted to purchase. Didn't try to persuade us to buy something else. He was very thorough, polite, accommodating, respectful and professional. Shatki was very knowledgeable, respectful and patient. The other staff who we directly were not patrons of also offered water and made sure we were comfortable. The service team did a great job as well, accommodating us to bring our vehicles in to finish the servicing items.
Thank you Team... recommending you to anyone in need of a vehicle. (We purchased both on the same day. Tacoma and Ram.)

I like my car that I got from Burdick used car warehouse. However, I’m being told used cars only come with one key. I know three people one of which got their car from them. They all have two keys so I’m told if I lose my key I gotta call AAA to let me in which makes no sense because I still can’t start the car or I’m supposed to pay hundreds of dollars to get another key made, also when I picked up the vehicle it had a half a tank of gas which I didn’t notice until I was at my house so not happy at all.
