Always fast, friendly service- which is great. I always get my car back washed- love that. Just overall love my 2023 Outlander, and I am glad I purchased it from Drivers Village.

Went to driver's village not knowing what type of vehicle would be a good fit for my teen driver. Upon a recommendation of a friend, I met with the sales manager at Burdick Mitsubishi. He took the time to ask lots of questions and walk around the car lots with us. We ultimately went with another brand vehicle, but the friendly service and open arms at Mitsubish are worth a mention!

I think have said enough, but a quick recap; fallacy I was told was told the car needed running leds replaced that were "out" and were required to pass inspection costing $800($400 for just the lights). Reality; those lights only stay on until headlights or foglights are turned on, so they werent "out" , the lights are $150 on just about any website. Didnt run the parts under warranty until i heavily complained, never told me it would take 2-3 weeks to get "warranty approval"(suspect) didnt give me the leeway sticker, tried bilking me out of that $800 out of pocket, questioning the knowledge of both the SM and the tech working on the cars, and once again like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. AND the techs at the other place passed the car without a seconf=d thought while questioning the abilities of your people.

Finding a replacement vehicle at the end of the selling season limits one's choices. Burdick was still able to match me with a vehicle suitable to my needs.

I would be careful here. I’m a senior woman and they try to take advantage. A few weeks ago (6/26/24) I took my car in for an oil change. They also inspected brakes, tires, etc. and concluded that my tires were good. (4/32 - 6/32 tread depth shown on my inspection report)
Six weeks later I took my car in for an inspection and they FAILED TO PASS my inspection because they said I need four new tires. I told them I just had it in here six weeks ago and the tires were ‘good’. They said they would pull the inspection report.
After seeing that only 6 weeks ago my tires were inspected and tread depth was acceptable (to pass inspection it needs to be 2/32 inches) they made the excuse that ‘well these are your original tires and they are all dry rotted and it’s dangerous to drive.
I called my son and he wanted pictures to see if, in fact something was wrong. According to NY State Vehicle Inspection requirements ‘there were ‘no fabric breaks or cut over the length or width of 1 inch, visible bumps, bulges or knots, and any restricted use’. My tires had NONE of these issues.
Then they said, again, it’s because they are dry rotted. (Which they weren’t.) After about a hour of them trying to figure out how they were going to ‘get out of’ what they had gotten themselves into, someone else from administration said, well it’s because there was a 1 inch break in the tire. (That was a new idea.) They still FAILED the inspection but she said we won’t charge you. They did not want to charge me because they don’t want these shenanigans on record. (It would be like I wasn’t even there.)
Oh no thank you, I’ll pay the $21 and file a complaint.
THEY JUST WANTED TO SELL FOUR NEW TIRES.

Claimed tires did not pass NYS inspection on elderly mothers car after 1 month prior providing documentation from 27 point inspection stating condition of tires were "Great" while getting oil change. When questioned, they changed story multiple times as to why they would fail. None of which are listed as reasons for failure per NYS Inspection documentation. Then offered to not charge for the NYS inspection and as a way to not take ownership of the lie by pretending the inspection never happened. They will try to take advantage of elders and women. Make sure you accompany your at risk people if you go here.

Now that I’ve took my time to sit and not be angry about the horrible service I received here with my car!!! First let’s start with this place had my car for at least 3 weeks past my appointment. Then Philip who supposedly is a mechanic took my wheel bearing out mind you bought it a couple weeks before Philip said it was no good but really it just needed the sensor that went with it because the one in it didn’t come with the wheel bearing (which I figured out later ) they charged me $200 just to exchange my brand new wheel bearing I told them was brand new then I go back and there is two more lights are on outside of the lights I brought the car in to be looked at !!! Then they tell me I have to have a manufacturer part which I didn’t I needed the sensor. So then I ask to speak with the manager (Megan) who I thought was gonna solve the problem told me to my face she was cancelling the bill the whole thing $410 but I was fine paying with the diagnostic just not the $200 that their mechanic told me to exchange because it was no good when really all I needed was the sensor Megan spun the tales of all tales gave me her personal number then gives me a loaner when my car is supposedly done ? Says she just wants to drive it to make sure but really she did not want to be present when the vehicle is picked up ! Then Philip extra rude by the way says that’s not what she told us and what are you paying for then? I request they get her on the phone after she told my husband she was at a camp with no service another lie. She then says you still have to pay the $410 I’m just covering the wheel bearing she decided to put in mind you I didn’t need a wheel bearing just the sensor and charged me the 200 to exchange my new one when the mechanic should have knew the sensor didn’t go with it when he pulled it out which she agreed he should have also!!! By the way the wheel bearing on the other side is the same way so even tho it’s not manufacturer wheel bearing it’s fine ? I TRULY ADVISE YOU NOT TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE !!!!!! Warning warning warning ‼️ do not get your car serviced here !!!! I am also reporting to the better business bureau and I am debating a small claims against them for half of what I Paid !! PLEASE YOU CAN BE NEXT LOOK AT ALL THE SERVICE REVIEWS ALSO A SENSOR SHOULD NOT TAKE 3 weeks to fix the problem nothing and they don’t communicate we had to drive here multiple times with no results !!!!!!!

Where do I begin? Brought my Outlander in because the key was sticking in the ignition. They had to order the part from Japan, and it would take 2 months. This was the end of April. They did loan me a car at least. But the problem for me was, I earn part of my living driving, and I wasn’t about to drive a loaner car for work. So after a couple months, I call here and there… still no part. Finally the part comes in after three months, then they can’t get the part to install properly. Add another couple weeks. Mind you, no phone call to update me during all of this, I had to call and actually go there to speak to anyone about the progress. Then it was them replacing door lock sensors, wheel bearing, caliper, but no phone call. They ended up charging me for the original amount they quoted me, no problem, but here is where it gets even worse. Today they call, car is all set. I go there, pay, get in the car… and my air conditioning isn’t working. It was working fine when I brought the car in, but because they let it sit for almost 4 months without running it, I have no heat or cold air, and they said they weren’t responsible because they didn’t “work” on the air conditioning. But yet, it’s now not working after the car was in their lot sitting for months.. I am BEYOND livid, and I’m going to make it a personal goal to spread the word about this place. Any good review you see is usually a sales experience. Look at the negative ones. Most of them are service related. Please. Be careful buying a vehicle from here. If you take it in for work, you’re taking a HUGE risk. They won’t call and update you, they’re completely unfriendly when you go there, and it’s hard to speak to anyone half the time. Avoid!
