10/10 service! Brendan was great, we told him what our budget was and what we were looking for and he gave us many options to choose from along with letting us test drive them. We also were concerned with a small issue that we discovered during the test drive, mentioned it to Brendan, and he had the techs take care of it. I will recommend them to everyone that I know who is looking for a new car.

I was surprisingly disappointed with my first experience at this Mazda dealership, specifically with their service department.
I recently purchased a '91 Miata and, after doing everything I could myself, I brought it in for an alignment and to address issues with the radio and battery. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday and received a call from Eric (who was great) informing me that a bolt had snapped during the alignment. He said it would take a couple of days to get the part. I understand that it’s an old car, so these things happen.
I was also told that my battery was bad and that if I purchased a new one from Mazda, the first hour of service would be waived. Although I had just tested the battery a week prior and it was fine, I agreed because of the waived labor charge, which is typically $100-$150 per hour.
Friday came, and I expected to get my car back, but I was informed that the technician had a family emergency and had to leave. Again, I understand that these things happen. However, due to the Labor Day weekend, I was told I wouldn’t get my car back until the following Tuesday.
When I finally got my car back, I was charged around $350 for a battery replacement, was told my radio was broken (which I had already mentioned when I brought it in), and found that no alignment had been done. Additionally, my steering wheel was no longer centered as it was when I brought it in.
I ended up taking my car to Pep Boys the following weekend, where they did the alignment for $99 without any issues, mounted and balanced 4 tires for me, did a thorough inspection of my car, providing pictures on several issues that Mazda did not mention, all within about 3 hours. Unless your car is under warranty, or you like spending more money, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for service.
