Today is May 6th, I am writing concerning a terrible service situation at this dealership. My car has been in the service department for a month,I have left messages with the service department manager,the general manager.I cannot get connected to speak with them directly.I have left numerous voice mail messages that have not been answered.
This dealership has a terrible customer service department and I would advise not to deal with this company.

We just purchased a new 2023 Lincoln Aviator, the process of trading our old car in and buying a new one was very easy. We purchased the car with Bri, but on the day of delivery Randy reviewed the entire car with me very thoroughly. I left the dealership with no questions about my new car. It has only been one day, but as of now we are enjoying our first Lincoln.

If you need a new Lincoln go see Ben! Excellent service, responsive and went the extra mile. I had 1 specific request for my Aviator and he hunted it down across state lines. Ben got us great rebates and made the process quick and easy. Easiest process getting a lease done and this will be my 5th. GO SEE BEN. You won't regret it.

We recently purchased 2 new cars with Randy. We were extremely pleased with the level of customer service we received from him. We are new to Lincoln and had a lot of questions after being loyal to another brand for 10 years. Randy never made us feel rushed or like we were being annoying with all the questions we had. When it came time to pick up our vehicles Randy took a lot of time to go over all parts of the vehicles. We left the lot each time feeling we knew a lot about our new cars and how they worked. We highly recommend working with Randy Corl if you go to Burdick Lincoln or any of the 17 dealerships Burdick has to offer.
