My previous salesman has been promoted to a manager so he paired me up with George Delia. This is the fifth Hyundai we have bought from Burdick.
George is a very young and new salesman at Burdick, my wife and myself our in our upper seventies but we clicked together right away. George was very courteous and helpfully. We had decided on either an Elantra or sonata (we have owned both). George brought both to us( my wife uses a walker) we decided on the sonata and made a deal that day. We were able to have the car within two days. We will buy our next Hyundai from George.

Although Victoria is relatively new, she did an excellent job finalizing the lease of our Ioniq 5. If she didn’t have the answer to our question, she asked the sales manager. She was on time and efficient.

I had an excellent experience buying a new Hyundai Elantra here. The Associate Billy and Manager Brian were on top of their game from day 1 until close [2 weeks later].
Why 2 weeks? I wanted to guarantee my experience was honest and cared for; due to this I explored many other dealerships and no one showed me anything like they did.
They helped with concerns around super minor dings [Which were fixed] and the loan process via multiple possible banks. I always felt welcome and I plan to buy from them in the future. NO BS, only top quality customer service and communication beginning to end.

My experience was great . This was my second time leasing and i did come in a little nervous but left happy because of Billy Gravano. He was able to help me from beginning to end and not only that but I didn’t feel rushed or “put the side “ . Great job Hyundai.

Victoria is the best saleswoman I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I've been bugging her non-stop about the new Ioniq 5 N, and she's been there to answer every question imaginable and even give some much-needed advice. She's even set me up with her manager, Brian, and he was awesome as well. I cannot recommend them enough!

Phenomenal experience at Burdick Hyundai. My car was purchased years ago but I've recently been in touch with our salesman- Tim B. We're planning on purchasing a vehicle for our son before he heads off to college.
I've sent many friends and family to Tim over the years. He's been in the business a long time and knows his stuff! He's professional, courteous and provides top-notch customer service. As long as Tim is at Burdick, they have a customer in me! I can't imagine going to anyone else.
