I would highly recommend James Casey at Burdick Chevrolet Buick GMC for the purchase of your next vehicle. I have just traded in my 2021 Trailblazer for a 2025 Trailblazer and absolutely love my car. He made the purchase so easy with the amount I had to pay and assisting me with any questions or technical support I needed. I have bought many cars there and I have always great cars at a great price. Love their service department too.

I now own the 2024 Buick Envista - At first i was a little hesitant about trading in my 2024 Mazda 3, but decided to go with the Envista.
My father always drove the Buicks, and his favorite was the Buick Roadmaster!
The Buick models that no longer exist today were the best Buicks ever built !!
I love my Buick Envista!. It's comfortable, performs well, is very quiet, drives smoothly, no problems getting up hills, and is beautiful to look at!
For anyone who have read negative reviews regarding the small engine, this car drives better than some with larger engines. I have no regrets what so-ever.
Dealerships can't keep them on the lots! These cars are spoken for before arrival at dealerships.
Thanks to salesman James Casey. He didn't pressure me to making a purchase, and gave me much time to test drive, and to make a decision.
James is very calm salesman. Spent much time to go over all features on vehicle before i drove off lot. Very personable, and nice to talk to.
James did tell say to me, You're gonna love this car. So far I'm loving it!

The Positive:
My experienced was a bit mixed. I thought the service advisor (CAM) we dealt with was excellent. In general, I thought the maintenance on the truck was very good, even rectifying a damaged wire harness that was the result of a mouse (or mice) infestation.
The Not-So-Positive:
As I got in the truck upon completion, I noticed that there was something spilled down from the fuel and DEF input lines and leaked down the side of the truck and onto the black plastic step. The spill left a white residue (almost powder like) substance on the truck and black step. When I checked the level of DEF on the dashboard, it did not appear full, or topped off. So, while the documented paperwork indicated it was topped off, I am unclear on with what or how. The guage still read one bar down. There is the possibility of - when the spill occurred, it may have been dismissed, but as it dried, it left a powder like residue which looked pretty bad. I took the vehicle to a car wash and it did appear to clean up. I do have photos if interested, but I am not looking to call out any technician that could cause the truck to get unwanted attention on future visits. This feedback is strictly for your awareness in case you have other similar incidents in your shop.

Excellent customer service by the service team. I was shuttled back home and shuttled back to the dealer when my car was ready. And my car was washed! My bluetooth was not working and the whole radio had to be replaced - all fixed! Wonderful experience, thank yoU!
