Employees confronted and pressured me to change reviews. She was sarcastic and rude. So I'll say it again. My room smelled like old used socks. And there was no hot water. I was traveling and needed a shower. Don't sleep here if you want a reliable honest

The shower left a lot to be desired. No vending. I had to drive to Dunkin Donuts for a snack. The room was nice, big, and clean.Nearby activities: None.Walkability: Too far to walk to any restaurant or cafe.

Room was clean, heart shaped jacuzzi tub was nice. Upgraded to a Jacuzzi room after booking through a third party which was easy and they just let me pay the difference. Would stay here again. WiFi password didn't work however and could not get ahold of anybody in office or anything to sort it out.

This is my go to Motel when fishing Oneida. Rooms are clean and well kept. Prices are reasonable and it is always a pleasure to stay here. Conveniently located to the lake, shopping and plenty of restaurants. Plenty of parking for my truck and boat as well as great hookups for power. Thank

More than pleased with the motel. An old-fashioned motel meticulous kept. My spouse and I slept deeply with comfortable beds and quiet rooms. The bonus was the old style playground!

Me and my Boyfriend decided this would be a great hotel for our 5 years. The room was nice with a heart shaped jacuzzi , but the people here don’t warn you about the extra $100 you have to put down and it has to be paid in CASH. We sadly used a card and we NEVER got our money back, long story short there’s nothing apparently they could do about it nor my card , lost out on an extra $100 when the room itself was already $130-$150 per night . We ended up paying $250 for one night. Never again .

If I could rate no star I would rate none. I don't smoke and felt judged. Gave $100.00 deposit for non smoking room. Next morning to get the deposit back the staff had to walk with us to make sure we didn't smoke. I never heard of that and for someone that's not from there like myself would not go back.

Nice quiet place to rest when you need a place with enough vacancy at most times. You won't have to worry about having to look somewhere else because they're full. Property is up kept very well and they also have a small playground for children. The rooms are nice and clean and have a nice up to date feel with all the amenities. The fridge was left open which isn't much of an issue and it could use better channels to pick from, but other than that it was very pleasant and I would recommend it to anyone.

We needed a quick solution for a rainy campsite substitute. Very easy check-inn. The room and bathroom were spotless clean and had a good room temperature.The value for money is awesomeIt was very quiet as well. We definitely recommend it.

Room looked clean but not updated, then I got up and went to go to the bathroom as soon as I turned the light on roaches started to run. Nope I packed and left immediately. Went to the front desk told them I'm leaving the refund my card she said I can only refund one night because I booked it for two. I said that's fine give me my card back I'll just speak to charge. She finally agreed to refund full amount.

Room was nice and smelled clean! I pre-cleaned myself as a precaution. Cable TV. It was a quiet and lovely stay! Loved the Jacuzzi because it’s not only heart shaped but pretty large and fits two perfectly.

My fiancee and I have been searching for a place like this for a couple of weeks. It was completely by accident that we found it but it will officially be where we go to get away and lock ourselves in. The staff was kind and helpful. The jacuzzi is heart shaped and so pretty. Plus they have a cottage for bigger groups.
