I went in for a oil change and when they drove my car out to me i guess they ran over a nail and mind you these are just about new tires that i got from here a couple months ago and instead of replacing my tire they just put a plug in it and now im over here filling the tire with air. Oh and like 5 days later i was empty on oil where i jad to put a quart in it. Ive done services here for almost 3 yrs now.

The alternator in our Audi Q6 failed. We drove the car to Burdick Audi. They were overwhelmed with appointments but agreed to take our car in, especially as we explained we were in Syracuse from out of State. They diagnosed the problem, told us they’d order a new alternator (under warranty) which would take at least a month to receive from the manufacturer. They provided us with a long-term rental and we returned home to wait. Imagine our surprise the delight when Burdick Audi notified us less than two weeks later that the part had been received and installed! This necessitated a quick trip back to Syracuse. The car was ready and washed and off we went, happy with the results. The professionalism and communication of the Burdick staff was wonderful. They made a difficult situation bearable and delivered what they promised.

Very helpful, well-informed and informative. Answered questions clearly without talking down to me, personable, understanding of customer needs, didn't try to sell me more car or services than appropriate for me but made sure I was getting what I would need.. Excellent service.

I stopped into Audi Cicero yesterday with a flat tire. Lucas was very kind and helpful, and got us on the road as quickly as he could, even though my tire wasn’t in stock, which we really appreciated. We probably won’t be back, as we don’t live in the area, but I appreciated the service here, and would recommend them. Thanks again Lucas!

Ed, the Service Manager, at AUDI is so friendly and pleasant to talk with. He called and explained exactly what needed to be done to correct my vehicles issue. I have a 2015 AUDI Q7. I LOVE my vehicle. Still drives like new.

I was visiting the Syracuse area and a fault appeared on my NEW Audi Q8. The folks at Audi at Cicero identified and fixed the problem in no time. They were great and highly professional. While it is highly unlikely I will return since I don't live in the area I can't say enough good things about the service department. Wish other Audi service departments can reach the standards set by Audi at Cicero. Thank you Audi at Cicero.

Got a early morning appointment and had the diagnostic done by afternoon. Picked up my car the next morning after I had dropped it off the night before just 30 minutes before closing. Appreciate the timely work and response to my text messages for status updates.

We purchased a used vehicle from here and have very happy with it. The service department has very good at addressing a couple of issues we encountered. Would definitely purchase our next vehicle from Audi Cicero .

I have a follow up question and have called for 5 straight days and left a message just for a call back. Everyday no one can even talk to me because they are busy but I get a promise if a call back. I still have not heard from anyone and no one has even heard my specific question . Spend almost $6000 on repairs yet no one can bother to give me a call back. This is “world class service “????

Had the absolute best experience working with Zach Yeschick. He was always available to answer any questions I had and he is extremely knowledgeable about the Audi, and the car sales process in general. He had the paperwork already all done and ready to go by the time I got there to purchase. He made everything quick and easy! Highly recommend.

The service writer met me immediately and was very attentive with a complete understanding of what I had made the appointment for. He told me what the 40K mile service was going to cost. The shuttle driver gave me a ride to where I had to be and asked if I would need a ride back. The car was ready when promised later on that day. Kent and Pete are the best.

My experience at Audi Cicero was very positive. I had a defective fuel flap, and was unable to put gas in my car. They had a temporary solution while the part was being ordered. This allowed me to put gas in the car and enjoy my holiday out of town. Thank you, Peter.

The service rep was professional and courteous. However, after spending over $1000.00 and leaving my car with them for five days, the issue was not corrected. The bill did not include any parts. Furthermore, my car was returned to me with damage done to the outside driver door panel. The car still won’t pass inspection, and I either need to return it for further service after purchasing my own parts, or taking it to another mechanic.
