Worst customer service ever! I’ve had my car serviced here three times and the last 2 I had the pleasure of dealing with Brittany, she was so rude the entire way through and did not want to accommodate us at all! The only way she would respond to my text is by being rude and demanding, how is that customer service! Have to drive a hour away now to get my Audi service because I refuse to be treated like I don’t belong! She lied about the hours for me to pick up my car and that’s when I realized she was being nasty the entire time!!

Entire process open and honest. Jacob was very helpful and friendly. We have bought several Audi's and would recommend this dealer highly.

As an owner of a “luxury” auto brand, I assumed I would have given better service than I received. Before I go any further, I do have to say that the people I dealt with directly were courteous and generally responsive to my questions and concerns. However, here are some of the issues that I feel should not have occurred after purchasing a $90+ thousand vehicle: 1. When I made the appointment for service 2 weeks in advance, that should have been enough time for the dealer to get the necessary parts in for a recall that was needed on my vehicle. The parts were not there. 2. My car was at the dealership for one week waiting for a light that was out in my door. Again, when I told them over the phone what light was out, parts should have been at the dealership. 3. My license plate rattles. All I asked for were shorter bolts to tighten it. On my receipt, it read “no shorter bolts available”. Guess I live with a rattling license plate, or make a trip to Home Depot and fix it myself. This is 6 months after purchasing my brand new Audi! All other rattles/squeaks were not addressed, and no service technician ever talked to me when I went to pick up my vehicle. I gave it a 3 star rating because I love my car, and the girl who checked me in for service (Brittney) were great. However, my overall experience with the service of my car wasn’t very good

The Audi service department has great mechanics and customer service. Great communication. They competed the repair in a timely manner. I highly recommend Burdick Audi for your car maintenance and repairs. Al is the mechanic that did the work. He’s very knowledgeable and detail with his work. He has a brother that works there as well. Ask for either one. They are the best.

60k maintenance appointment, called and asked for price. Was quoted $450. Showed up and was charged $650 even though nothing extra was done. Besides that service was quick and easy.

I don’t think there are ample words to describe the professionalism and just kindness I received recently at Burdick, especially by Brittany in the service department. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere while out of town (huge mistake) and had issues on my drive back to northern NY. They got me in and tried to identify the issue immediately even though they didn’t really have an appointment time available. The patience and grace were a warm welcome after a rather frustrating drive back from the DC area.
To management-Brittany is an incredible asset to your team!

I made an appt for 7:30. I saw my car sitting right where I left it until 8:20. My passenger side rear backup light was out. I thought it was a change of a bulb. I get a text with a video AT 9:30 that goes through their “multi point” inspection and finally shows me my backup light intact and the mechanic says “the assembly needs to be replaced” no explanation as to why it’s a whole assembly for $560. What’s the point of the video? My husband called after I got back because all we wanted was an explanation. He was talking with someone at the service desk and they could not give him an answer so they sent him to the voice mail of the manager. He left a calm, detailed message and it is now 3 days later and he has heard nothing. We don’t mind paying for the assembly but want someone to give us a reason why it’s not just a bulb.
Not a good first experience at audi service. Very disappointed!

Everyone else came and went and I was just there for oil change and tire rotation. I had an appt that I made weeks before. Also my spare tire storage compartment has been rattling since I left. For some reason my spare tire fastener was taken apart at your place and it seems pieces are missing. So now it rattles. I will not return to your establishment as you cannot be trusted

Deciding to buy a used car is a big step for me. In 24 years I've only had 2 vehicles. A quick search online found the exact vehicle I was looking for at Audi Cicero in terms of model, year, milage and price. When I went to the lot to look around they came out to say hello and showed me some of the choices similar to the vehicle I had found online so I could compare. The one I wanted was made available for a test drive and within a few days we were signing the paperwork and finishing the sale. I feel lucky to have found exactly what I wanted the day I decided to search for a new car, but the process was also very smooth and made the experience all the more enjoyable.
