“30+ years of bringing pets here (and I have never had less than 2 pets, usually 3 or 4 or even more) and I have never had a complaint. Staff ranges from competent to excellent and the vets all know their stuff. Multiple vets so lots of hours available for appointments including some evenings. Also reasonably priced compared to what friends tell me other vets charge. I plan to keep coming here for all my pets.
Updated to say it's now 35+ years of bringing my pets here and I am still so happy with them and their care. The only word of caution is that they have a very full roster of patients these days so they are not often taking new clients.”

“We’ve taken our cats here for shots and preventative care and had them all spayed and neutered at this clinic. I feel they treat our animals with dignity and respect, offer good care and I feel the prices are fair. We’ve had good experiences with the office staff and from the veterinary staff. Overall, I think it’s a great clinic and they care about my animals.”
“Wonderful experience. I have been going here for about a decade now and while it was hard to schedule appointments during Covid (which I hear was the case with most all vets) due to restrictions and everyone at home with nothing to do trying to make appointments, it was no hassle getting my 3 pets in recently this year. I have an anxious senior dog that can work himself into panic attacks/seizures and chili animal care was super accommodating. Joy and Xavier at reception gave my pup time to acclimate and reassured him all is well, a great tech named Sue did the same in the exam room and was very gentle and careful to keep him at ease, and Dr. Dena was amazing;she sat cross-legged on the ground and let him come to her to keep him calm, it was very impressive. I thought everyone went above and beyond while caring for my pets so I would recommend them to anyone looking for that extra caring element especially with senior pets.”

“Just had another appointment today. It went much smoother and everyone was so warm and kind. I was able to get in and out with little wait. They are really a wonderful staff and I am so happy to have them as our vet.
I'm a new pet owner and I feel like I wasn't really asked many questions or well informed on what my dog needed. I said I was in the beginning stages of getting her the things I knew she had to have for her license, but wasn't guided any further. I also waited 25 minutes to be checked out because they didn't communicate with eachother as a staff. Hoping our next visit will be better.”
