“They were able to reschedule my appointment the day before appointment dueto money issues. When I went to appointment with my dog they were extremely nice. They were understanding of low money. Offered FOA I fo to help pay for fixing my dog, explained what was and wasn't covered with FOA payment certificate. They explained what was needed to happen prior to appointment. They also let me remain in the room while I sent my dogs vaccination records to them, telling me when they received my email. I will be going back to get my dog fixed, and more.”

The vet broke things down for me to help me make the best decisions for my cat. The vet technicians were personable, very thoughtful, and listened to me so well. The receptionists are so kind and sweet. I would give this place another star if I could! Im not taking my cats anywhere else, but here.”
“Unfortunately we recently had to put our cat down here. However, the staff was amazing through the whole process. The doctor clearly cared about what she does and felt for us. We have been using this vet for years and don't have a single complaint. They are great with customer service and I wouldn't have trusted my cat to get better care anywhere else. Our cat had surgery here a couple years ago, always got in for concerns, and the staff does amazing with everything. When our hearts our ready for another fur baby this will be our go to. Thanks to all the wonderful staff for taking care of our old lady all these years. Thanks for all you do especially the hard stuff. ?

“After struggling with what seemed to be a hind foot abscess that wanted to come out the coronet band, it was determined to be an infection that had invaded the coffin bone. Dr. Pell euthanized my boy and cradled his head as he passed. They have taken care of my horse for several years as he went through an eye infection and dealt with EOTRH and PPID. I have nothing but the deepest respect for these vets and the care they provide.”

“Staff is amazing! One of my dogs is very skittish and for the first time ever she bit one of the staff members. I appreciated the staff member's response toward my dogs behavior. She didn't respond in any negative way towards my dog and we continued to examine the issue at hand. Prices are always reasonable, to me.
