Stopped in to pick up a package this AM. The curly haired blonde woman was extremely rude during the whole process. Walks up to the counter… “what do you need help with?” and then continues to scold me because “my address isn’t on the mail route” which is literally why I was there picking it up, knowing it wouldn’t get delivered to my house. This woman had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced from a customer service worker and I was nothing but nice to her until she didn’t deserve my kindness.

The blonde behind the counter was very rude. Did not want to do her job at all. I live in churchville and I will never do business with this post office again.

The employee who used to work at the Bergen post office moved to Churchville. Her customer service skills are nasty. I stopped going to Bergen bc of her, and now she's at Churchville. She's rude, and mean. Drive the extra and go to another one.

Where to begin with the complaints? A lot of my family lives in Churchville and we are always getting each other's mail just because we have the same last name. Our packages are constantly being lost or not delivered without any notification. Today's experience was the worst. My boyfriends package said it was delivered to the Churchville post office on monday. Today is Friday so he went to the office and asked "wheres our package" the lady said she could not help him with the information he had and totally dismissed him. We immediately went to the North Chili post office with all the same information and north chili was able to tell us where the package was within 5 minutes. Of course Churchville had delivered it to the wrong address

The parcel delivery driver, refuses to leave my packages. This has been a repeat issue. I was home today at 8:05am the supposed time of delivery, and when I checked on my tracking, the website said delivery was attempted but there was no safe place to leave my package, and that they left a notice. To be clear no notice was left, I checked the mailbox, where there was mail left and the front door. At the time of 'attempted' delivery there were no dogs outside, and it was clear that someone was home, as the car was in the driveway with the garage door open. No attempt was made to deliver my package, I don't think the driver even stopped. There were plenty of safe places to leave package, as evidenced by the other package I received at 8:40 am today from a different Amazon carrier.

Can not manage to forward our mail. Stuffed a 3 weeks worth of mail in our mailbox, instead of seeing if anybody was alive in the house, or checking for a forwarding notice.

They were super helpful and nice. O ordered a Rent the Runway dress that needed to be returned. I accidntily put the UPS package in a mailbox. They were able tp retreive the package for me and allow my father to pick up that package and take it to UPS. Saved me a $50 late fee!

They rarely get the mail out of the outgoing mailbox, and they deliver without checking the address carefully.

I love this post office. They know me by name and box number. Mail is always out of the elements, and I have 24 hours access. They help tremendously with shipping suggestions. A great staff, easy parking.

My mail is delivered at random times. The delivery people are always dressed in street attire, some sit on their phones, smoking while parked with emergency lights going. They rarely get the mail out of the 'send off' slot on the mail box. Very dissatisfied.
