O'Reilly Auto Parts is a store with very helpful and friendly staff who provide tremendous customer service. The employees are exceptional and polite, offering value-based recommendations to ensure customers get bang for their buck without feeling upsold. They assist with parts needs and installations, such as wiper blades. The store itself is clean, neat, and shoppable with a great product selection. It offers services like free battery testing, wiper blade installation, and a Loaner Tool program. While some manufacturer parts may only be available through the manufacturer, the staff is very helpful with other needs.

It's a nice store. The workers there are always helpful and reliable. I just don't understand what the owner was thinking opening up another auto parts store in a town with THREE others.
