Awful. Ghastly. Horrendous! For a high traffic area, perhaps the place should be serviced and staffed accordingly. ATMS are almost always out of order. Because of the volume during the day there should be a person working the drive through at all times and not bouncing back and forth between the window and the teller desk. This branch specifically needs to work on optimization of customer service because the way they operate leaves everyone dissatisfied.

this is the worst branch i've been to so far. just general disorganization. i wrote my name on the list like i was asked to when i came in, only to have people just walk in and jump ahead of me. it took me 15 min before i realized they were just helping people without looking at the list sitting on the counter. even after grabbing someone, i got passed around for a relatively simple question. just overall incompetence.

Nightmarish service, inconsistent advice and wasteful policies. Wasted few hours of my time after this bank confirmed and reconfirmed over the phone that a credit card bill could be paid by cash in person just to be told - after waiting in line TWICE - that no, it can't. Bank manager doesn't speak or comprehend English well enough. These huge banks are great if you have 8 digits to invest, if you have less then that - stay away.
