These people own Lincoln Log homes of New York, which I own a home that the log materials were supplied back 15 years ago. I needed replacement dormer logs due to a rotting issue on 6 trim pieces. 6 months later after actual measurements were sent with detailed photos of the actual dormers and rotted logs. $623 paid after 6 months of back and forth I receive the logs, WRONG ONES --FULL SIZE SUPPORT LOGS NOT TRIM PIECES AS IN THE PICTURES. However its all my fault!! I pay another $225 for the right cut trim logs which are now installed on the house. I asked to be contacted by the owners Nothing until last week when i got a call from one of the same gals I dealt with claiming to be an owner and member of the Stephenson family..." I'll dedicate an hour to this tomorrow and call you with my decision" . Once again no call or email back, ONE WEEK AGO TODAY .Probably the worst run business I've ever dealt with! Not to mention rude and condescending! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

One of the most professional small town businesses I have ever worked with. Everyone from the counter staff to the yard associates were more than helpful and were willing to stay late in case we needed material after hours so we could get our job completed. Highly recommend professionals!
